For a long time I have wished for a single source portal for finding temporary military lodging I m retired travel a lot and like to stay on base in casual status whenever it s available Up till now I have researched the old fashioned way piecemeal which is really hit or miss This app will make it a lot easier and quicker going forward and I ll be less likely to overlook a possible base for an over night stay                     HIGHLY USEFUL TRAVEL AID Pitch4rk

This directory app is my go to when we are PCSing to a new military base It has all the contact info I need so I don t have to go digging through a bunch of outdated government websites Their customer service is great too If I submit a correction they are quick to fix it                     So helpful when PCSing Excelsicorb

I travel frequently on TAD orders to bases across the US of all branches of service I ve found that Base Directory has relevant information such as phone numbers for medical dental clinics locations of MWR facilities and hours of operation for the NEX PX and commissary This information can be hard to find even if you have a base directory which you don t when you re on TAD and has helped me tremendously Thank you for this app                     Best way to find base information JasonETAD

I believe this app is a great tool for finding phone numbers to various places on a base of you are newly arrived on station I have been using this app for my last two PCSs but I believe the recent redesign has made the app much more intuitive and organized                     Great way to find base numbers Echivert

Many people use this app to find bases along their travel routes Unfortunately that is much harder to do without the map feature from the previous version If you know the location of the base and just need info then this app is solid But if you are looking for a base in a general geographic location it s much harder than before         Need to resurrect the map feature JDLW

Since USAA sponsored this app much of the functionality has been lost The phone numbers seem to be outdated the app doesn t save your preferences it now requires a log in and worst of all the map function has been lost At this point it s easier to just use google to find the numbers addresses you re looking for         Old version was better AbdielSeraph

The previous version Suited my needs for retired travel The last version had a world map which could be zoomed in and out to the location being researched Previous version also consolidated all military services lodging destinations so that your search could be found by destination time of travel and distance traveled Is there anyway that I could download the previous version which to me was a much better application Thank you         Previous version more helpful Lallygager2203

I used the directory to locate bases near my travel routes The map was great because I could find bases I did not know existed The map had links to the base s services and facilities NOW I have to look at each military service Army USAF Navy Coast Guard Marines then search each state to find bases Even then I do not know where they are Also I know the USCG station at Marathon FL has lodging and MWR services but it is not even listed in the new format It was on the map before I see lots of references to USAA products but that is a poor substitute for a lack of usefulness and functionality     I Want The Map Back Moose Warthog

The Base Directory App great then they upgraded it by adding sponsor ads and dialed down the level of User Friendliness Please bring back the map which made looking for a place to stay while traveling much easier Now you log in and then you have to scroll thru each service branch to see base locations in each state A huge step backwards             Upgrade is a Downgrade Devokent

I might be a cool app if IT WORKED All it ever did was show the cover picture froze or lock my phone to where I couldn t do anything else Hell even hitting the home button didn t work Had to use Siri to get out of it that or turn off my phone Even the App Support goes to a webpage that does not open Not even worth the one star     Does Not Work Pvtbeaker
