Got the inbox syncd no info I have surveys they dont show up Hope mindshare is listening to THEIR customers Crap
Since the update I no longer have access to my inbox I used to use this app several times a day and reach out to customers that had poor customer experiences Now it has little use to me Supervisor

Compared to the web resource this app gives very minimal information The purpose of using the mindshare service is to gather and interpret data to improve service if the data is available in minimal form its useless I look forward to future improvements on this app Its a start
I would like to see notifications as soon as a new survey is received As well as and ios7 design update Thats pretty much it A simple UI change can make this a perfect addon to many companies employees In desperate need of an update
The app does the basic stuff but please update with access to reports so while Im on the go I can access all features of the website Okay

Ive been waiting for this application for a long time It is very simple and easy to use on the go This is definitely not the full version but gives me the ability to review feedback all in one convenient place and contact guests with a single tap Very satisfied Nice application

I am able to get into the inbox portion of the site but the survey information is very limited The survey results are there with customer info but nothing in regards to the employee who provided the service In addition there is no access to run any reports just the availability to see the survey and update it with notes Hope a future update will address these shortcomings Limited information
I like being able to see the feedback my customers give me via mindshare The app is useful but its very basic and I wish it had some features and bits of information I can get on the full website Like being able to see my top box score It would be a dream come true for the app to send push notifications for alerts or just when you receive a survey Its useful but basic
I have access to tens of thousands of surveys on the web site Where are they on the app No results Just an empty screen
We use Mindshare and up to the point that I found this app I would be in the field all day and then spend a couple of hours after I got back to the office reviewing Now I can review and contact my customers while in the field giving me more free time in the evenings Great App wish I had found it sooner Great App
This app is quick easy and convenient It is lacking an important feature REPORTS I cant check any type of reports in this app It would be a whole lot nicer to be able to access the same reports online on this app It would also be nice if the app alerted me when I receive a negative comment so I can assist the upset customer ASAP Good app but I personally think by adding these two features it can become a great app Helpful Addition

One of the most outdated apps in the store whats it going to take to get an update for the new OS Constantly crashing on always logging you out for some reason the app cant save your password and username and even if you do have the correct password and username its difficult to log in it just needs a good solid update is that too much to ask Garbage App
Picked this up for going through all of the reports available for quick access on the road and it is awesome Quick easy and seamlessly connects to what I need whenever I need it Well done Mindshare Works Wonderfully
Nothing is loaded I know I have 6 surveys Nothing is loaded on the site Cant wait until for a waaaaaayyyyy better update Cant see anything
