The app is indeed not the best But the comment about it taking over a week to process Well of course And not being about to use your camera roll pics Would you like grainy pictures on your shoes           Other ratings are quite dumb

I cant even get past the sizing without the app crashing Terrible Missing out on a lot of money via a company order Major issue Adidas     Zero stars

Ever since the latest update I cannot create new designs The app was great before but if it crashes when you try to create a new design whats the point     Crashes

great concept but the app crashes before I can even complete step 1 Fix It then take my money     Crashes EVERY time

I love the fact that you can place the print of your choice any way you want on the sneaker For some reason though its not allowing me to customize the heel tabs with Star Wars characters wont allow me to customize the midsole and wont give me any lace lock options For those reasons alone is why I dislike the app           Heel Tabs and Midsole

Every picture I use is too small even if I crop it to fit my phones screen Wildly inconvenient not to mention annoying I havent even been able to actually use the apps designing function yet     Not Pleased

I thought the point of an update is to fix problems and improve upon the previous version Yet the same crashing still persists and has been this way for months now This is frustrating because every time you try to create a new design the app crashes This issue needs to be fixed I want to order shoes but cant This may be an iPhone 6 issue If so Adidas should upgrade this to work efficiently for the iPhone 6 and 6 plus This has been an issue for a while I dont know if Adidas hates making money or what because as others have stated weve been wanting to use this app but cant     New update yet still crashes

Yip all the pix complaints are very valid and I had the same problems but finally found a WOW photo that worked perfectly Now just waiting for the sneakers to arrive from my Nov 17th order date While these cost US 11000 I was in the Adidas store in Aventura FL and they had what appeared to be same sneakers with various Adidas designs instead of a custom picture priced at US 10000 Sneakers felt and looked great so looking forward to receiving mine shortly and will update you all Also note that a lot of the photo suggestions made can be easily done with other apps and then saved on you iPhone photo roll to use Good Luck UPDATE Found best way for pix is to use a PHOTOGRAPH and take a pix if IT using the apps Camera this way you can fit it where you want it on the shoe toe area FINAL UPDATE Received my pix shoes exactly 3 weeks after order placed they look GREAT Be sure to go to a store that carries Adidas to check your size before ordering IT WORKS                 Yip adding a picture is a chore but when you succeed WOW

I would totally drop the money for the shoes if it would allow me to upload an image from my camera album It keeps saying that the resolution is bad on the images I try to upload which is a load of crap My images are quite large since I uploaded to the phone myself and it keeps telling me they arent Fix this please Also why not let us do this online as well If the app is failing miserably then allow the website do it too Get your act together Adidas     Sadness

The app is amazing almost like nikeid but its your design You can get your own pictures you took or got from a website and put it on the fluxs sad part is that you cannot change the logo midsole tongue bottom and lining colors but another good thing is that you can order in almost every size                 Forget the haters

This is a great idea gone horribly wrong In addition to frequent crashes by the app the shoe purchase takes forever I bought a pair of shoes over a week ago and my order is still being processed When I emailed for feedback they just sent me another copy of the invoice By the time the shoes arrive they may not fit my son DO NOT BUY HERE This is a great idea with horrible execution     DO NOT BUY SHOES HERE

This app does not work and Adidas knows it They state on those websites mi Adidas is not customization is not optimized on mobile devices Please customize on tablet of desk device for best experience If your app is not perfect why put it out there     App doesnt work on phones
