It supports a wide variety of capture formats and can easily convert mkv files to any other formats I m not a video expert but wanted somthing that was simple to use easy to understand and gave quality output without a lot of fuss Nothing problems so far It works perfectly for my rather simple needs Perhaps if I was more of a video expert I could find something it doesn t do well It hasn t happened yet An excellent video converter davidblaylock

It looks like you can upload batches but you have to start every single conversion so even though you have a queue you have to manually commence each file they won t just run automatically one after another Save your and download Handbrake Not really batch converting shc86
i tried to convert i lot of my mkv files and it din t work for me and it dosen t take advantage of the gpu or 12 core mac pro or 8 core takes a life time to covert a video it use only a 15 of the cpu unless if they improve or up date it i give them 5 stars i don t even like the interface francisco4114
Program seems to work well I have converted several smaller files TV episodes and the output was great both visually and audibly Unfortunately the program doesn t seem to be able to convert larger files full length movies When I place a larger file in the converter it only recognizes the first fifty minutes or so I would not recommend this program to everyone but for those trying to convert smaller files it works awesome Then again it is possible for it to be user error I don t think so though Not For Everyone Sargent Sausage
