21 Feb 2016 I love what can be done with a real Harpejji but cannot afford the 2K to 4K plus for a real one plus all of the sound equipment to go with it So I looked at the Mobile Harpejji opting to look and play the free version before making a decision to buy the full version even though the full cost is a pittance of the real thing I can probably safely infer that this issues with the free version will also plague the full version and my conclusion is that these Mobile Harpejjis are just not ready for prime time nor are they serious instruments meant for any music gigs There is a noticeable delay between placing your finger on a string and when it begins to play Sometime the string pressed just does not play at all Given the screen real estate on an iPad Pro you should be able to play the instrument in portrait mode and not be tied down to landscape mode When you leave the app and come back into it what ever was being played before continues to play again Pitch bending is totally backwards You should pull the strings horizontally and not rub the strings vertically With today s world of high quality mobile device synths there should be the added capability to derive sounds that can be produced by a Harpejii and electronic equipment This is clearly in reach of the app if the developer chose to be serious about Mobile Harpejji Right now it is nothing more than a sales gimmick and a toy not a serious instrument for iOS         Not ready for prime time Universe Observer

Like another reviewer at first all I got was a picture of the instrument I closed and reopened the app a couple of times and from that point on it worked It has enough options to test to see if you want the full version Considering the instrument itself is thousands of dollars 9 99 is a bargain for a version you can play on the iPad                     Works fine LaDyDah

It would be nice to have known that the app would produce absolutely no sound whatsoever I thought there was a glitch tried deleting and reinstalling nope no sound Thanks Marcodi for wasting my time No I won t bother paying 9 99 for the paid version you should have had the professional courtesy of telling possible customers that there is no sound in the free app If you press the help button it takes you to a Spanish version of their website sorry had 4 years of Spanish but it s been way to long to remember it Thanks for wasting my time I ll stick to playing guitar and piano and clarinet flute trombone baritone and E flat trombone     No sound Michele Sargent
