Mobile Locate

Since the app was updated to Protect Plus it has not been able to do anything except locate phone which is already covered by Find My iPhone The whole point of this application is to preserve a copy of your phone contacts photos and videos I can only assume as a secondary backup if you already are using iCloud I actually restored my phone when it was stolen and the previous app worked perfectly This needs to be fixed ASAP     Doesnt work anymore

This new update is pure trash The backups no longer work and give me a backup incomplete message Seriously was there really no testing this app before it went live     If it aint broke why break it

Im a millennial and I never write app reviews because I usually believe the review consensus already reflects my opinion This app is great for redundant back up on your phone set it up beforehand and itll do exactly what you expect it to It may be excessive but I use this and iCloud to give me peace of mind should anything happen to my phone Those whove negative reviews seem to be expecting a miracle Great UI and tech support is as helpful as a remote chat based support can be Download and sign up if the service as officially described is what youre looking for                 Better than reviewed

App automatically continuously uses location which consumes a good amount of battery Great redesign and UI Website rocks                 Great redesign and UI

Had the same issue with the latest update and backup fails After a couple of days and several unsuccessful attempts deleted the app and reinstalled Everything seems to be working fine after the second install           Latest Update

The old version worked This one doesnt All attempts end with a failure notice Have tried separating contacts photos and videos and run them together all with failure Guess garbage software is what we can expect from ATT Dont bother to use it Just a frustrating waste of time and effort     Garbage

I dont think they ever tested this app before introducing it to the public Theyre trying to lure customers by giving them a crappy app in that way theyll be forced to purchase a plan with a working app     Bring back the old version

This latest update is pure garbage I am no longer able to backup my data I keep getting a message that the backup failed I dont have the time to spend all day trying to get this app to work The app worked fine before this fancy update Whenever ATT tries to make their Apps pleasing to the eye they screw up what was working what a terrible job Please go back to the previous version or fix this new version This version is worthy of NO STARS But the system forces me to choose at least one star in order to send my review     ATT Protect Plus

Doesnt work     Wont backup

App is still always using location services and draining my battery will not give any better rating because of that important fact get your st together ATT cause I seriously hear Verizon calling my name in the very near future     1 issue fixed but

The update ran this time but after running for over an hour and draining almost 40 of my battery life the update STILL failed to complete listing insufficient storage space        Not much better than the nonfunctioning update

I had the same problem as all of you when I couldnt back anything up I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it works now Everyone should try it and see if it works for you     Protection plus

Keeps saying back up failed     DOESNT WORK

Since iOS 8 it stopped working Before then it held my contacts videos and photos After the update I couldnt open up the App I uninstalled and reinstalled the App thinking that would help IT DID NOT Now it says it is scanning my phones info and backing up contacts photos and videos but when it is done it says that it has saved ZERO of all of the above It needs an update for the most recent iOS 8 Until then the App is useless Update August 1 2015 THIS APP GOT WORSE There was a new update from the last time and this is worse than the last Just like the other reviewers I get a weekly text saying that it is time to update my info on this app Like a fool I have gone to the updated app for the 4th or 5th week and I press the tab that says to update and it says FAILED Then it suggests using the app to call the number in the screen in a box next to the update and that call takes me to a recording saying that I am not calling during business hours The thing is that it says this when I tried calling during business hours and when I tested it off     Will not backup my info

Wasnt given the choice to update or not but since the new update came out Im unable to back up my data Apple you should have tested this before pushing it out to consumers Very bad app     Worse update ever

This update to the redesign still does work great I only back up contacts and now takes forever compared to what it used to be Also does not remember settings I set it to contacts only in when I go to do the backup everything is selected and when I go back to the settings everything is selected again After the backup is done it wont take away the indication on the icon telling me I need to backup still     Bad update does not work great

This app has actually come close to ruining my life I know that sounds crazy but I lost my phone on one morning when I had a vitally important meeting that would determine a lot of important things in my life and like many people I had everything I needed on my iPhone Trying to locate my phone was an impossibility because the app would not download properly then would not open I cannot express my level of disgust with this app in internetappropriate language DO NOT GET THIS     WHATEVER you do DO NOT use this app instead of Find My iPhone

I was having trouble with App Could get it to work Removed the app and reinstalled it Tried it again and success Backed up contacts photos and videos just like it was supposed to do Now this was only 1 time so hopefully it will continue to work great next week or the next time              Had trouble with the app

This is the first app review Ive ever written but this app is so bad that I felt like I needed to say something It simply doesnt work Ive tried to back up my phone several times only to get an error message after waiting for 20 minutes while it tries to backup my contacts pics etc dont waste your time with this app until they make some serious improvements Zero stars     THE WORST

My 13 year old lost her phone We have this app for her line and it is installed on her phone I downloaded the app put in her line info and password and it located MY phone that I was holding Even though I dont pay for the feature on my phone Sweet I need to pay 10 a month for an app to tell me where the location of the phone is that Im holding in my hand Huge fail The only way to locate a lost phone using this app is by opening the app on the lost phone What a joke     Pointless for device locater

The latest update has done something to the ability to back up your data on your iPhone If it starts to work it takes forever to back up a picture or video     UpdateNo BackUps

After using the previous app for backing up my 600 contacts with the ATT network without any problems this update had spoiled everything Im very disappointed with this update so I can describe it with three words Worst Update EVER Please fix it or go back to the previous version ASAP     Worst update EVER
