Well I use it every day now but there are a lot of things to be fixed Underscore and dash is not working at all I cant send the costumer their receipt tru email 75 of time I am not able to send the receipt Every time I use the app it will start loading and updating and and then again updating please fix it And please change the arrow to a more professional like submit charge or some thing that costumer should know where to press to charge her card Fix it all

The latest version changed a few things that make a quick simple checkout take much longer Sometimes the send receipt or no receipt button doesnt respond now Last version had the option of accessing my address book and still does and when youd touch the email or cell you were trying to send receipt to it would fill it in and send when prompted Now with this version you must copy and paste that info and keep canceling back to previous screens If you touch the email it shifts to email that client No receipt option just a composed letter Geez Cant it just be simple as it was before Wish I hadnt done last update
I just upgraded the latest update and the program activated the keep me logged in option I was able to input the CC but when it came to signing the sale the screen the screen was incomplete Could not complete a sale Called tech support support personal told me to deactivate the keep me logged in option That fixed my issue In 4 years this has been my only issue Upgrade Hickup

I never had a problem before with this app or reader now I have nothing but problems makes me look stupid in front of client Really annoying swipe card and they go go sign and it flips and cant sign then flips again and cant put in number for receipt have to close out app and re swipe card fix this Terrible since update
It works sometimes Program needs work It knocks me off in middle of transaction Also if someone tries to tip me more than suggested amount the custom tip screen is nonfunctional so I end up getting less tips PLEASE FIX THIS APP Not consistent

I have in the past two weeks not been able to collect credit card payments because the swipe will not work I called to trouble shoot and they gave me several options ex turn up volume turn off wifi turn off Bluetooth make sure everything is updated restart phone Nothing worked I dont even think a replacement will fix the problem The swipe is very unreliable and annoying but dont want to get charged extra for typing it in Please fix this Until now I had no problems and I would like to stay as a mobile pay customer Too many screw ups
I have been using PayPal Here for a while and have opted to try BofA to take advantage of cheaper fees The app is simply missing some key features and others are just plain broken Missing 1 No ability to give a discount 2 Cant take off tax at checkout or adjust it 3 No ability to categorize products A store with many products would battle with this app Not working 1 Taking pictures orientation on iPad is wrong 2 Resizing pictures doesnt work The backup feature is weird and clunky Should sync to BofA not another device I think they went to market well before it was ready for prime time Maybe they realize that which is why it is such a hard to find app on the AppStore BofA has a long way to go

I would say this app was alright but the custom tip button on new iPhones is broken When the screen pops up the done button is off of the screen This leaves the merchant with no tip Please fix ASAP Custom tip button
I found out that once you start an account you are under a 3 year contract with a 500 cancelation fee There are tons of fees in one month I used the swiper once I was already charged 4 in fees I recommend pay pal square pay anywhere intuit spark pay and total merchant services Lies

Worst mobile pay service ever I used this app for my biggest event of the year I spent weeks inputting products to speed the checkout process I used it for my sales all weekend then went to download my sales data and Bank of America decided to delete and reinstall my account on Monday because THEY had set it up wrong in the first place I lost all records for thousands of dollars worth of sales It took me weeks to sort out and guess what I had sold at the event Im STILL paying a monthly fee for this service a YEAR later because no one can figure out how to close my merchant services account DO NOT USE THIS They dont know how to do setup troubleshooting or customer service on their own product and will just keep charging you for it I cant begin to tell you how many hours Ive spent trying to get this sorted out and closed down Horrible Service
I used this app for over a year and all i have is cons It is hard to search for your transactions you will not be able to see the emails or phone numbers that your customers input your customers will not be able to see the screens in bright days you will have to call from a different phone for support and well I could really keep going with a huge list to why there are so many better options for us mobile businesses Get ready to go through layers of privacy and security junk that instead of making it easy make the experience of receiving payments It makes the experience costly and a waste of time Support is not good at all When i had a problem i knew better to find the solution on my own Worst app for credit card procesing
Yeah I got this a few weeks ago and have been manually inputting credit cards in it does work with iPhone six Unfortunately the credit card swiper is useless Hopefully they can find a fix because I would really like to use that option Bank of America credit card swipe

Im at a super busy trade show and the app is constantly freezing and the underscore does not work I have complained multiple times and for as much money as I pay to be a BOA merchant I expect your app to work as well as your banking app You are slowing my business down and after this show I am canceling my account So sick of this apps problems
I have been using square for almost 2 years and started using bofa to try to save on fees And no trouble with connecting as Im in a wifi network My main complaint is the custom tip screen is completely messed up in my iPhone 6 The keyboard to type is not on the correct part of the screen and covers what I would guess is the enter key as it is no where to be found So I have to go back and manually change the total and reswipe the card The tips are also listed but not the percentages so the customer has no idea what the boxes mean Ways to go to compete with square
This app seems to work well enough for accepting credit card payments But do not use it with your earphones on For whatever reason this app blasts and extremely loud static sound through your phones if they are plugged in when you try to use the app Noise blast with headphones
I run a shop and we cannot charge tax on labor Some customers business to business we dont charge tax at all There needs to be a way to turn the different tax rates off and on during the and to manually add items with different tax rates at the transaction screen This sounds complicated but PayPal has already integrated this in their app and its great Also needs a way to add multiples of an item from inventory and in decimal format 1 15 2 225 etc I can add tax rates in inventory but I still cant sell more than one item not add more than one hour of labor without having to edit the price in inventory Needs more features

It worked fine at first but a month ago I used this card reader it shows as processed but the money was never credited to my account Call customer service countless times was transferred all over the place and the money is still lost My customer already took away my merchandise and now Im without money A week ago I decided to give it a go and was prepared to take screen shots of the process i found out that I cannot even log in Somehow my account was closed such a bad experience Will NEVER EVER EVER use it I will give Zero star if I could Bad using experience

Currently crashes every time a customer tries to sign after a credit card is swiped On the rare occasion it goes through when I try to select a contact to send the receipt it calls them instead of just selecting it Constantly bugged and not worth your time Barely works

The only reason I use this is so my biz checking account is free So unreliable Have to swipe all cards 510 times Its embarrassing So instead I pay myself 1 each month Now Ive been getting a server error the last 3 days you cant sign in the box and you cant send a receipt I want to throw it against a wall This is my 2nd swiper from them too because the first one required 510 swipes per card Do not use this Run away Awful Can I give it zero stars
