I have twice attempted to refill prescriptions using this app Both times my pharmacy had no record of my refill submission This makes the app useless     Doesn t work Tessa671

This app is great for what I need it to do It communicates with my pharmacy I really like the phone I have it works well for me and I have what I think is a good working relationship with my pharmacy I do have a higher end phone I have not tried to take a photo of my bottle with the app or use it in that manner but just ordered my first prescription with it the other day It noted that there might be a delay I checked the prescription on the app a couple of days later and noticed it was filled and double checked with the pharmacy and indeed it was I tend to forget the time and want to do things after or before business hours and I look forward to being able to use this app more It sure beats having to wait until the morning to call into the pharmacy then maybe have to wait on hold I have a lot more patience than I used to have but it still doesn t mean that I enjoy waiting on hold you know Much thanks to the developer Please keep my data and information safe                     Works great 4 me KaceysCoolMom

It s a toss up each time I use this app whether it will work or not All aspects are buggy when it finally might appear to work no feed back to say it did A week later no Rx in mail call pharmacy they never got it Don t waste your time     Not even worth a star but I ve got to choose one shortymcbluehair

I ve been using this App for several months now I prefer it to calling in a refill Works well if everything needed to refill the script is perfect But If you attempt to refill a prescription that has expired out of date you only get a message telling you the refill may be delayed It s never apparent to you that delayed actually means no refill is happening I doubt it would be too difficult to give a more detailed and exact error message in cases such as this Certainly more accurate error response messaging would be a nice enhancement                 The App works but is pretty basic Pyewacket69

This app is horrible The security questions used to verify your identity are totally random and sometimes impossible to answer How I am I suppose to know which city a random road is in Once through the questions a couple times I had to enter my password and username several times for it to accept it Not worth the time or effort This is why I prefer the Walgreens app     Horrible app Smarrin

I downloaded this and it appeared I was able to renew a prescription Then I tried to sign up and it won t let me keeps saying it is unable to parse patient profile I believe it has trouble with validating birth date But there has been no info on how to repair this If they don t repair it soon there s not much point in having this app     MS TRIFIL

This app worked great at first Loved that it had a feature to click what prescriptions needed refill Then it stopped working I can t login nor can I scan or even manually enter prescriptions to try results in crashing the app I emailed the developer and got NO response Today I opened the app and now it is not even saving my pharmacy info Since I have to call the pharmacy directly and have doubt this will be read by a developer I will be deleting this app I wish 0 stars were possible When it worked I would have paid for it     Frustrating app Todd Petersen

The app sort of works It does not reliably accept the correct password for my account And yes I am 100 certain that it is entered correctly because I use a password manager As another user remarked the ability to scan the barcode on a prescription label is unreliable I can enter prescription numbers manually but if I choose to pick up my meds that option is not reliably transmitted to the pharmacy If I had to PAY for the app I d only give it 1 start but since it s free I ll spot them one I don t know if the problems are mostly in the app or mostly in the vendor s interface with the pharmacies but the system works poorly         Semi useful Dr. Bill Osler

Application works great to submit refills However while it has the ability to scan a prescription It doesn t work Every time I try it says it s invalid I ve tried with my Rx Then tried with the kids Rx and it still gives me an error This would be a great feature time saver to be able to scan your prescription as you are leaving dr office and pick it up As oppose to dropping it off and then waiting at the pharmacy to fill your prescription This needs to be fixed right away         Frustrated LI Mom 14!
