Very engaging                 Great app

The app is now working I highly recommend it if you are a fan of MoMa The most amazing feature is that you can take your earbuds with you to MoMa and tune into all of the info on each exhibit You have access to all schedules exhibits events and movies An outstanding app                 It works

It tells you everything you need to know from the film schedule and hours to info on each individual collection A must have if youre an art lover                 Fantastic

Whats the point     3G is not enough

This app works well for background and anecdotes on selected works while youre at MoMA But its also good to go back and review what youve seen or preview what youll see during your next visit Nicely done                 Brilliant On site and off

Great idea but the execution is terrible Only app I regularly use that freezes frequently Also why cant it play audio in the background like all my other apps Menu structure is annoying as well Frequently after listening to an entry you get propelled back several menu levels Free is great and the reason I gave it the score I did Please just clean it up a bit I think my 25 admission should cover done of the cost        Bugs

moma is a building filled with great ideas and this app is another one the ability to get audio on any exhibit using your own headphones is a perfect convergence of technology and art a few things would push this app over the top i hope they read these reviews as theres no obvious place on the site for pal feedback 1 better execution there were a few sections of the audio tour that didnt play when we saw the cindy sherman exhibit and chapter 605 was out of order so we missed it 2 would be great if images of the artwork could come onscreen when the narrator is speaking about them there are dozens of paintings in each room and a thumbnail image would help you quickly find the specific work within the gallery 3 bonus suggestion add a welcome screen to the app and post a notice at the audio desk in the museum that reminds people to CONNECT WITH MOMA WIFI while going through the galleries the app requires a solid network connection to work well and many of the galleries dont get strong cell signals definitely a good app worth downloading moma is amazing              brilliant idea almost there

Although the audio advanced no sound actually played Frustrating     No audio

It would be nice if personal membership details could be accessed so we could access our card info              Love it

As a companion whilst in or even outside of the museum Informative and educational Would love the ability to add past photographs to the inapp gallery                 Great museum companion

This app is a great way to familiarize yourself with current and upcoming exhibitions events films at MoMA The only thing that seems to be missing from the exhibition listings the locationfloor of exhibitions within the museum itself              Great way to explore MoMA

This app is an incredible resource Not only can you learn about MoMA and the paintings and shows it has on view and listen to the audio guide for free but you can also browse an expansive encyclopedia of artists and art terms Its a great accompaniment to a visit to MoMA but also a great app for looking at and learning about art for free                 An amazing art resource

I love everything about this app The collections are very well organized and the navigation is very intuitive The short audio commentary on each piece is a wonderful addition as well What a great way to explore the MoMA collection                 Fantastic tool to explore the MoMA collection

This hasnt worked yet at all on my ipod touch 4th gen It comes up with a message saying that I have no Internet connection but I do or I couldnt be posting this review To make matters worse when I sent them an email using the contact link to ask for help it bounced     App doesnt work for me

This is a great application that tells me everything I need to know about the museum Support for the larger iPhone 5 screen would be nice though Also it would be cool if ticket holders and members could enter the museum using the passbook app Just an idea Keep up the good work                 iPhone 5 Support Please

This app is very useful to those who have a love and passion for art It has so many features from vocabulary terms to artists bios to virtual tours of the museum To top it off its free Pretty amazing Not to mention very useful for the day you finally decide to plan a visit to the actual museum              Great free APP

I cant believe how robust this apps content is Its a treat to have these quality images and artist bios literally at my fingertips I like exploring the work of artists with whom I was previously unfamiliar while also revisiting my favorites This app makes MoMAs collection available to anyone anywhere with excellent easytonavigate functionality And its free                 A must for art lovers

Awesome but how can I change the language           Other languages

I pushed something about making art and now I am trapped It allows you to take a picture and make some art but the DONE button doesnt do anything Im just stuck in limbo Other than that I love the idea of this app and the content is amazing for an iPhone app I cant wait to be able to use it in the museum              Love it but

This is a wonderful app for art afficiandos as well as novices The history given for each piece as well as the audio commentary are very helpful I wish it had been available when I studied Art History in college You can immediately find the location of the work by using the LocateShow on Map feature You can take a tour and browse the collection by location chronologically by department or by artist Everything needed to plan a visit is available through the app too including hours of operation admission fees separate guidelines for film offerings and the calendar of events Theres even a handy section with tips for guests visiting with children Ill use this app not only to plan my MoMA visit during my next visit to New York but also for mere enjoyment from my armchair Id have just one suggestion which would be to enable screen rotation when viewing a piece to better view those in landscape layout All in all this is a terrific app                 MoMA Made Accessible

Unlike the previous 1star reviews this has worked perfectly for me on my iPhone today To improve and help form a community of users who also enjoy MoMAPS1 ideally as duepaying members like myself there can be ratings and comments sections for each exhibit as well as a Login option for members with extra goodies Great app for free              Works well now time to expand

Makes listening to audio tour very frustrating        Audio stops playing when phone sleeps

Using that function locks up the app tighter than a Windows OS failure Otherwise a delightful app           Dont take that picture

This is an excellent app for getting to know the Museum in person or from afar its just that it uses a ton of iPhone space and I eventually had to delete it for that reason Ill use it again before visiting to check out what I want to see Certainly worth the download to check it out and a very welldone app              Great app but have lots of room on your phone for it

The app is extremely hard to navigate I once clicked on to zoom in a painting and there was no back button to go back lol Moma folks should check out the Guggenheim app if they want to see how it is done     Useless

Never worked for me at MOMA 2 days ago Very frustrating all data errors Now at home and it still doesnt work at all on my iphone4 Fix the bugs and this could be awesome     Must work to be reviewed

This app could be awesome if they fixed the bugs It keeps crashing when I listen to an audio tour and often will not recognize the audio number As it stands right now Im glad I didnt pay for it        Could be awesome if

So clearly this app is designed to be used on the museumissued iPods that are set to never autolock One easy change you can make to your phone to make the experience more enjoyable is to increase your autolock time as well because this app does not allow the audio to continue when the app is minimized or your phone is asleep It makes no sense that you should need to keep your screen on considering there is not much to look at I also experienced problems with laggy playback but it was an incredibly busy day at the museum so maybe thats to blame Definite room for simple improvements        Content great other issues

I love this app I love having the MoMA collection info at my fingertips the app itself is very well done                 Beautiful

The audio was unusable during a recent visit Performance was the same using both the museums wifi and my phones wireless service When I tried to listen later in the day at home experienced the same halting playback Too frustrating to bother with     Unusable

Museum entrance fee is 25 and these guys cant make an app with a screen for iphone 5     Not modern for modern museum
