The app is great for seeing jobs and isnt too hard to use BUT there is no easy to way to figure out how to not see certain results For example my searches show lots of healthcare jobs and I would prefer to not see those since that is not in my area of expertise But it is not simple enough to figure out how to do the not healthcare Needs a bit of HMI work almost great
Very stripped down app without any help files Cant even modify your profile from this app they should tell you how useless it is Searching is okay but the lack of other customization ability overshadows everything else Very tedious lacks control features
I dont even have any search objections yet I always see a notice that I have a reminder Annoying Annoying Alerts
I hate the app It makes it just that much easier for companies to be racist Asking your race and gender Come on The only call back I got is because I said that I was white Racist
Monster is an excellent job search site so I am very annoyed and disappointed that EVERYONE reports the same problem CRASHES and there has not been an update to fix this issue Come on nowFix the Crashing

Keeps on asking me to login even though I logged in with my facebook account half of the time it freezes and crashes I recently tried this app again 5 mins ago and I can use my current location Really annoying

The inability to add a résumé is quite frustrating Why have a mobile app if I cant do anything on the go What I had to do is add my résumé on my profile from my laptop so that when I have my iPad I can apply to a job Also this app crashes CONSTANTLY I have not seen any updates for bug fixes in ages What I can say though is that I do get up to date job notifications So so App

The app does give you postings listed with Monster which is a good thing but becomes very frustrating to work with if you plan to do anything with the postings My biggest complaint is the inability to edit or add résumés via the app Why use if I have to use the full site anyway Disappointing Frustrating
The iPhone app is better The one for the iPad is not user friendly hard 5th manipulate and is frustrating Dont waste your time on this app Not good

The apps UI is terrible Picking a targeted position location search never works The only thing this is good for is to do the quick job applies And Ill use this app search along with indeedcoms app which is far superior The site is a haven for temp companies who will call relentlessly about available positions but you have to sign on with them in order to even get your foot in the door at a lot lesser amount of pay Needs an overhaul really badly

Awesome app the iPad version is even better than the iPhone one Both present a very clear and user friendly layout that helps you keep track of your job searches as well as your resume cover letter etc Another thing Ive noticed more and more employers use Monster primarily as their resource for talent search So have fun with this app and good luck with your job hunt Awesome app user friendly and great layout
The app doesnt have the capability to read the messages from inbox nor send reply messages from your inbox Its frustrating Cant read the messages
