This is a great app that I have had for a long time however with the newer iOS update it does not seem to be working The drop down scroll menus such as down payment percentage and finance rate freeze the whole thing and make it unusable I hope they fix it soon         Great App Not working IanGordon07

Nice app you can enter downpayment as or Shows PITI MI Insurance and HOA you can also configure the data used You can even stack to payment options and compare If recommend adding an option to show a break down of the payment or lumpsum etc             Nice alternative to 12c calc Str8Closer LO
