As a Realtor this looked interesting and simple enough but no instructions provided and the support page has no support After you enter a loan without putting in the name and hit calculate you get stuck in the next screen Loan Summary forever with no way to get back to the main page With no decimal point you have to type in the xtra zeros for cents and percents every time Needs work

You have to manually input common fields such as HOA and PMI In addition you have to calculate the dollar amount of the monthly or annual obligation which requires calculations outside of the app itself Not helpful at all Definitely not design by a mortgage or real estate pro Difficult
App has potential very buggy Unable to enter values in loan amount or payment Interest rate changes from 0084 to 84 automatically Very buggy

This it the first mortgage app Ive come across with a professional feel and a bit of polish It does almost everything I need and the developer is very responsive to inquiries and open to feedback Almost perfect

I formerly had the free version and it worked beautifully with my iPhone 4 No issue with that app at all However since I got my new iPhone 6 I was constantly getting bumped over to the App Store to buy one of the advertised apps So I paid 199 to get the adfree version but the first loan I tried to create it just locked up on me and didnt calculate anything I sent an email to the support address but have not heard back any answer I would also like to be able to import all my previously set up loans from the free app I would love this app to work again as well as it used to Please update it Doesnt work with iPhone 6 Plus or iOS 8

I use to be able to send PDF reports to myself or interested parties now a black button shows up with no information and does not work when you push it This was and possibly still is a great app if they fix this problem If not then there are better free apps out there If they do fix the problem I will rewrite my review What happened
If all you want to do is calculate a house payment then save yourself a buck and try one of the many fine FREE mortgage calculator apps If however you want to see the amortization table of your house payments and then email a pdf of the chart as well then by all means spend the buck and buy this app key word Amortizer

Cuz like Im glad that I checked this I went to the bank and they wouldnt cash my check so I didnt git my payment on time and then I put my money in this calculater and my single wide is breakin part in places I tried to borrow money from my pops but like I said I realizing that I pay so much I just left and stuff I need a double wide anywayz cuz mah girls pregnant agin Real awesome for stuff
