As soon as I click for a showtime the app crashes and exits out Its annoying Theres no point to the app if it doesnt show the times I gave it 2 stars because it works better on my phone but not by a lot No Showtimes

You want to find theaters near you and it does sometimes When it doesnt it closes the app when you query for nearby theaters Other than this I think it is very useful despite the movie hype it keeps showing you Sometimes Great Sometimes Frustrating

I hate that this Moviefone app is set to always use my location in the background I go to the movies at most once a week I dont need this app to be sucking up my battery all the time The default should be to use my location only while the app is running Also I dont understand why this app goes through such drastic redesigns so frequently There were previously two completely different versions that were each more nicely designed than this Now this app feels extremely generic and doesnt offer many helpful ways for me to find whats playing the soonest near me Bad location default used to be better app

This was once the app that I used to check out my favorite movie theater and movie times It has become super awkward and cumbersome to use I guess that it may be time to delete it This was once my go to movie app
App lets you peruse current movies titles but dont try to hit the ticket icon for showtimes and tickets because it crashes my iPad Air every single time Given that the last release date was May of 2014 Im writing this review on Feb 6 2015 I guess fixing the app and please the many complaints I read prior to writing this review is unimportant to AOL Oh well Current lists but is w CRASHFEST

The interface could be a little more user friendly with minor changes but its still my go to app for looking up showtimes Sometimes a little slow but others a useful app

Aside from the ease of use problems reported in other reviews do the authors even look at their app My pet peeve with this amateur app is the fact that a movies synopsis is loaded with HTML codes that makes reading the synopsis difficult at best Further they havent fixed this glaring error that anyone can see on just 1 use Coders should be licensed to keep these quacks and hacks off keyboards You guys need to find another line of work Are you kidding
Starting this app will generate a popup ad for a current movie from AdChoice Closing the ad also closes the appvery aggravating Selecting some of the other menu options will also crash it It used to be a good app but now its crap Absolutely terrible Dont waste your time
I like this app Its my go to whenever the family and I are in the mood for a movie night I saved our neighborhood theaters so I can access them in just a few clicks Its nice to see movie reviews and the list of recently released etc Nice app user friendly
This app is the most screwed up thing to ever come out of the App Store The old version was fine and easy to use This version is ridiculous and doesnt work most of the time My advice is to forget this app and go onto the Internet site Why change a good thing

This was a great app The best thing about it was the my theaters view where you programmed the theaters near you and could then quickly see what was playing at those theaters Unfortunately every time you select that option now it crashes Crashes every time I touch theater button
