Browsing and looking for movies and theaters is good The buying experience was horrible You get thrown into a browser to the web application The screens are not mobile friendly you have to zoom in and out and scroll around iPhone unfriendly web pages MT should seriously consider implementing a real native app support Touch ID Apple Pay etc Good browsing support Very poor ticket purchase

existing ios511 user that cannot upgrade due to ipad hardware recently all movie times for theaters is not available Can find movies but no longer can see when they are playing maybe time to find an alternative please fix
Im really disappointed because this was a great app I used it to get the show times and listings of the numerous local and independent theaters Always correct And then now Regal Theaters are listed before my nearest theaters I have to scroll through and load 18 Regal Theaters to get to my preferred and nearest theaters Sad sell out Disappointed

The description states it supports passbook This is not the case I just purchased two tickets there are no options or instructions to transfer the tickets to passbook Other then that it appears my purchase went through 3 stars for false advertising Does not work with passbook
The new upgrade doesnt show the correct theaters to me and I cant search for theaters Its very frustrating and I like the old version Hate it
Update your app and embrace new technologies Support iOS 8 and iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screens Incorporate passbook TouchID ApplePay flat design throughout and dont force users to go to your website for seating reservations These are just a few examples Your app is clearly an afterthought and stuck in 2007 You are getting left in the dust by Fandango Actually invest in your mobile experience and customers will willingly choose you as a source for their tickets Outdated and clearly an afterthought
None of the theaters around me use this service so it makes the app useless Non ticketing theater

So you can purchase your tickets before you go to the theater good deal But thats where it ends You still have to use your confirmation number and retrieve your tickets at the box office No ticket on your phone to present So you really dont save much time You can get better movie and actor info from imdb I wish my area theater used fandango Useless
This app is so helpful for looking up movie times and theaters in my area The other day I went to the movies found my theater right away and got my ticket from this app I was able to just show the theater my phone when I got there as my validation and they let me right in It was awesome Highly recommend Convenient and great for buying tickets

This app is great I didnt want to use my browser and I forgot I had it downloaded already and to my surprise theres been a lot of useful updates Got my tickets in like two minutes and a confirmation email immediately after Would recommend to anyone not wanting to go to the site It also automatically looks for the theater closest to me Great

Version 201 is terrible You have to wait a really long time looking at a splash screen and a contentloading progress bar even though no one really wants to see the new home screen Most seasoned users are used to seeing Movies or navigating immediately to TheatersTheaters Now you just have to wait obviously because the server is now overtaxed serving some relatively immense content at the beginning of each new user session Hopefully the developer will fix this soon else people will migrate to a better app Slow to load initial session screen
