This app claims to solve all the deficiencies of similar apps To be fair there are worse picture mosaic apps on the market for a lower price But even this one STILL just overlays semitransparent pics over a base pic Its not using the color in the mosaic images to create a picture Disappointed I might be lessso if I had only wasted 099 But in this case Im going to ask for a refund Unfortunately I think I fell for the hype
