This game is great The virtual controls arent perfect but they are pretty good and the fact that monica rial Christopher Sabat Sonny strait and Stepainne young are in this game will make this a great grab for anime nuts and VA nuts like myself Though the game could have done without the IAP junk you can alway replay levels to get coins to buy the levels Though some extra goodies like outfits based off various anime character and movies would make neat inclusions PS Try getting level packs youll save some serious coin in the long run and thank me later A blast Pun entirely intended

I really enjoyed the first three levels until I saw that I had to purchase the next few levels of World One I said OK let me purchase the Stuffed Mattress for 199 to get 2500 coins In my mind I was willing to spend 499 total for the game When I clicked to buy the rest of World One Part I the price was 540 coins I decided to wait until the following day to buy Part II of World One and lo and behold the price went up to 740 coins from 540 the day before What a ripoff I have never written a bad review for a game but had to express my honest distaste for this type of pricing scheme It takes all the enjoyment out of the game Whoever is responsible for the pricing of the game should just set it at a higher price and be upfront from the beginning I cannot in good conscience recommend this game to anyone with its current IAPs Deceptive IAP scheme

What I dont like is that this works way better on I pod 5th gen The 5th gen just came out so way more people have the 4th gen so you would think they would make it so it works great on 4th gen But no it lags every time and on a hard platformer I cant play it with lag Please fix to make it run better Its ok

I have been a fan of Twisted Pixel since their earlier game Maw They have always been very entertaining and humorous games I was worried about how this game would fair on IOS touch screen but the controls are well designed and easy to work I would give this a 5 star rating except for the same issue i had with the original game The screen can get way to busy In the areas that you are jumping from floating car to car and glass is exploding neon signs are going off Ms Splosion Man leaves a cloud around her scientists are exploding into meatneedless to say it is easy to not be able to see where you are to time your next moves Still a great game and there are not a lot of these moments in the game And I will verify like so many others have that you can pay real money to get more levels but that doesnt mean you have to Level grinding is always an option and the new feature they have added for level challenges earn money as well Wonderful Port for a Great Game

This is a great game but you only get three levels then you have to pay more money to get more levels I wish this had been free with a clearly marked IAP for level packs but thats not how you see this game presented Very misleading Microsoft How dishonest Love the game but hate deceptive IAP from Microsoft
One I downloaded the game without checking the required phone because usually they just say require bla bla bla but after I downloaded it it told me play at my own risk whitch it doesnt say when you download it so make it available for iPod 4g or give me a refund

The placement of the virtual controls for movement are beyond terrible on the iPad It makes the game unplayable Theyre practically touching the bottom of the iPads screen Its like the developer has never once play tested their own game And the nonfixed analog option is not a suitable replacement option Just move the fixed virtual dpad way further up on the screen Or at least give us the option to customize its placement Terrible dpad placement

Ive really the first Splosion Man on the Xbox and Ms Splosion Man And it was on sale so I decided to purchase it Great great game Theres only two things I dont like I dont really enjoy buying levels with your virtual tokens but I only paid a dollar for this so I guess thats okay But I really wish it would let me listen to my music while I play this app Ive tried multiple things but when I go to the app again the music just cuts off So really the only thing I didnt like Other than that great great app I recommend you buy it Great Game Buuut
This is actually a great game but of all of my App Store purchases this is the most frustratingdisappointing Im not opposed to IAP but this is the first game Ive bought that unless youre really really good necessitates additional purchases in order to play straight through the game You can build up your credits by replaying levels but who wants to do that on their first play through Ive had the point of view that twisted pixel was a company that really values their product and their users but this release doesnt jive at all with that point of view So frustratingly disappointing to have such a great game ruined by something so unnecessary One of my favorite games ruined by IAP

I never got around to playing this one on the Xbox and was surprised to see it here but I think it is great I think it is unfortunate for the developers that people dont understand that purchasing the next levels is done with in game money or real money for those who are to impatient to play and earn it I dont feel it makes the game bad to give people the opportunity to do so because for some reason some people like to pay for the end of a game Responsive controls and great precise platforming action Great platformer

Everything was going great until you hit the point where you have to pay to unlock the rest of the game I enjoy this game a lot and never got around to buying it on the major consoles so I was happy to give it a go here Its sad to see its not the same and its just another game with annoying in app purchases In the game they state that if you watch what you do you wont have to pay for the other levels but for someone that just wanted a game to a fun diversion and not something that I need to put a more effort than just minor gaming every now and the its just a sad feeling If I knew it was gonna be like this I would have just bought on a major console instead Fun until you have to pay

I love this game For all the reviewers saying you have to pay to unlock levels all you actually have to do is complete a few levels and a few achievements to unlock the next worlds Isnt that how all good platformers are You cant get to a new level until you clear the one you are on It also never froze once for me and I do usually like to play my own music during a game but this game is so funny I liked listening to the very random things ms Splosion man would come out with Ill never let go Jack LOL And besides just great platforming fun there are quite a few puzzles you have to solve which were perfect in they took me a couple tries to solve but were never impossible I also loved beating up the bride at the end and finding all the cute shoes Ms Splosion man is such a cute crafty humorous game and I was thrilled to finally see a platformer thats totally tailored to females Awesome

Playing on the iPad mini the game is choppy and the controls are inconsistent at moments This is a annoyance that will get you killed occasionally but it doesnt ruin gameplay For instance in the initial boss fight Ms Splosion would suddenly stop running even though my finger never left the screen the slight pause was enough to get me killed several times Hopefully issues like this can be resolved in future updates Interesting game but not without its issues

This game plays perfectly fine I didnt notice any crashes or anything As far as the level purchases you may feel like youre playing a paid demo but after 3 levels you have to pay for levels with the in game tokens which you easily gain for levels You can also pay for individual levels or buy the whole world at a discount Yes you can use real money to buy tokens but you dont have to I got almost 400 tokens after one playthrough of the first level and you only need around 500 to buy the rest of that world Its not like some games that have special currency where you have no choice but to shell out real money to make progress looking at you Simpsons The game is fine play through the levels and complete the challenges to get tokens to unlock more levels The game is fun and the pop culture references are hilarious I almost got turned off by the bad reviews glad I went against them There is nothing wrong with this game

If you can go for those versions instead But if you want your splosion fix on the go this isnt a bad choice as long as youre prepared to grind a little bit or pay a little extra I have both the pc and iOS versions and I enjoy both though the iOS version is missing a few things like multiplayer and STAAAAAR ROOOOOAAADD Xbox PC versions are better

Controls are horrendous The zip line controls in particular Prepare to be killed repeatedly because you push the button to jump off a zip line but it just drops down instead Makes it extremely frustrating and unfun to play Wouldnt buy again Controls bad
