Mudras

While there are a good amount of mudras the photos are uninspiring and are poorly thought out I recommend looking elsewhere        Tacky

I am not interested in seeing this womans cleavage or her holding a cigarette while performing sacred gestures The tattoos are tacky too     Bad Dont buy

You will NOT be in any shape to meditate after opening this app The pictures are tasteless the dev would have done better with line drawings So its just a picture of a chick doing halfhearted mudras with wikidescriptions of their properties I must have gotten confused bought this one by mistake     Tacky and not useful

Needs better descriptions of the mudras and how to practice them The photo of her holding a cigarette doing a mudra really is inappropriate        Eh

This app is valuable in not only showing finger positions but in showing position of the hands in relation to the body which is not shown in other apps Ive seen It is not necessary to look at a picture of someone demonstrating the symbol while actually meditating but to learn from the picture how to make the symbol with your own hands and then do it yourself while meditating on the MEANING of the mudra such as wisdom explained in more detail in the app This app gives very clear descriptions and is easy to use The model does well serving as an example to teach you positioning i do not believe its intended as an image to focus on WHILE meditating but as a teaching example You can do this meditation with your eyes closed if you want or looking at a blank wall or a peaceful nature scene              Clear and easy to use
