I have been using this program for a couple years now I don t usually do a lot of conversions but when I moved from a Windows system to a Mac I had issues with itunes accepting my wma collection It wasn t hard to find a free program that does one file at a time but finding one that did batch files an entire album at a time for free was a challenge I was worried about this program because there are VERY simple errors that made me worry about the actual effectiveness For example ARTIST is mispelled as ARTSIT but it has proven very effective for what I need                 Reliable batch converter Not impressive but perfect for free yoohoo kingkong

The one major issue I have with this app so far is that when you are done ripping a CD you have to quit the app in order to eject the CD before jputting in another one At least with an external optical drive you do Really irritating that something so common and simple is not included Then whe you go to the support page all you see is the product page and no info for issues When clicking on support link you get an email address Poor support             Irritating korewaboku in the USA
