Loved this app a year ago when I got my new Fiat Pop Since I updated to ios 8 now it crashes cant open anything Fix it please     Worked just fine a month ago

When entering my vehicle info I tried the scan VIN feature it did not work I then entered my VIN manually and it showed up as a 2015 Abarth Cabrio I have a 2015 500e        incorrect information

This app appears to work on my I phone 5 but not on my to Toshiba laptop as others have commented Until I am able to access at home I must only give it a 3           App works on i phone

Well at least you have a Fiat coming up after entering your VIN My Fiat comes up as a 2015 Ram Chassis Cab 45005500     Incorrect information

I used this app daily for a year for my car locater and parking timer it was useful never a problem With the update a few months ago I can no longer use it wont load I click the okay I wont use it while driving then I get the busy wheel and loading initial data never gets beyond this Come on now Fiat please fix this     Latest version does NOT work

This latest version doesnt work at all After starting the app it said it was downloading initial data I gave up after 20 minutes with the download not yet completed And no the connection was not the issue        New version is horrible

Im hoping the issues with the app are coming from the Chrysler side of the Fiat brain Zero functionality with the app     Disappointed

This app is worthless and at this point in time so is my Mopar coverage I became stranded with a flat on a less traveled state road No cell service Someone stopped and gave me a ride into service This app crashed as soon as I touched to get roadside assistance Ive deleted it Dont be tempted to rely on it or Fiat road help     Retired teacher 67

Even worse than Fiat Access app this bad boy fails to take your import and crashes I sure hope the programming team on these apps didnt write anything for use on the autos     You are trying to enter null null null crash

Seems to start up ok but clicking any category results in it crashing back to the desktop I suspect this is because it hasnt been updated in two years Poor form It seems that Fiat has lost its initial enthusiasm to reestablishing itself as a respected brand in the US Pity     Useless

The dealership got me quite excited about using this app However there are no models in 2014 other than the 500L REALLY CHRYSLERFIAT All that money and hype just to tease customers I called into Fiat and no one and I mean no one cares about this issue Waste     Very Bad Tease to 2014 Fiat Owners

Functionality is limited to storing a photo and a few pieces of information about your car Not a big help It doesnt even know how to display upcoming services due it skips some Weird Terrible     Pathetic

This app crashes when you try to access any of the information past the main screen It also seems like it hasnt been updated in quite some time One section asks you to select your vehicle and lists only 1 model car for 2014 With the 2015 lineup already out it would seem like the 2014 lineup would for sure be in the app I gave one star because there was no app to even rate or review it crashes constantly and is unusable     Way out of date and constantly crashes

The app will not let me add the vehicle profile Only gives me an error that no vehicle was foundduh if it would let me add the vehicle we would be good to go The app looks good but that is all I can say as it the main feature seems to be broke     Doesnt work

It gives me all the info I need with a quick scroll Everything works and i was able tonpair my phone very easily following the directions Satisfied              It works

I dont know what the previous reviewers were complaining about This app works well for me and I dont see anything wrong with it My phone was already connected to my uconnect so with the engine turned on I didnt have to select much as it has already chosen for me All parts of the app seems to be working perfectly fineno defects I can find so far Cant wait for more updates                 Useful Works Perfectly Fine

When I got my new Fiat 500 the guy at the dealership I mean studio said I should download the My Fiat app I did but theres really no point It rehashes some basic info from the owners manual but theres not enough for it to be really useful It has a section where you can get info about buying a new Fiat but would you ever have this app if you hadnt already bought one But the biggest headscratcher is the Mopar Parts area The link Try our interactive maintenance guide sounds promising until you get to the error message that says it requires Flash Yes Flash Which is not nor will it ever be available on an iPhone Oh well But I do love the car        Great car pointless app

Version 4 just came out and my car is set as a 2015 model but the pictures and data still reference the old instrument cluster The old info is fine if you set your car to a 2014 or older model but how about info the 2015 TFT cluster           Needs more updating

Keeps saying Im not connected to the Internet Ive tried high speed wifi and 4g Closing and reopening the app etc nothing works     Doesnt work

It doesnt always update to show current information so you cant tell if the car is charging charged fully or in error I made changes to the charging schedule and those didnt save It works only part of the time which is pointless     Ineffective and aggrivating

Same problem as the rest of the Fiat owners with app crashing when trying to open a tab Does not even have 2014 Abarth on in Great idea if it worked as advertised     App needs to be fixed
