I have had so many problems with freedom pop A stern warningDO NOT USE FREEDOMPOP This is a terrible service The support is horrendous the phone and service offered is useless My ZTE phone was not working so I asked them why after waiting on the phone for over 15 hours After saying that it was old software they sent me a new phone which they said would be ready for me to use upon reception from their shipping department The support lied to me My phone was just a device it did not come with my account on it They cancelled my account and gave me a useless device Dont use FREEDOMPOP its an absolute NIGHTMARE Do NOT get freedom pop

My elderly parents canceled their cell phone service and switched to freedom pop when they seen the commercial on television My parents are elderly and do not know better They offer free services That are not free They keep charging your credit card when you enter it You can not remove your credit card off the website My parents canceled months ago and are still being charged Awful service not to mention It would take days for texts to go through And if you need a phone call it will not go though over 50 of the time And customer service is literally impossible to get ahold of If your a new customer they answer immediately But if you have already bought Forget about it They have you on hold for hours until it just disconnects I am not exaggerating Nightmare
The reason you are getting charged is because you signed up for additional services on their website if you do not want to be charged you have to disable that on purchase FreedomPOP is Awesome

I only installed this app to get the extra 200MB of data which unfortunately doesnt even carry over each month Its not like a survey on one time thing but continuously having the app on my phone should be a good enough reason to at least get an extra 200MB of data each month Most of the features of this app are also found in the main FreedomPop app This app also crashes a lot and you have to open it several times until it will work properly I do like that the data usage chart is a bit more in detail than the other FreedomPop app but for as buggy as it is its easier just to check your account on their website I also like the easily accessible About Privacy and Contact Us categories in the app However since the app is buggy isnt really needed like the main FreedomPop app and since I cant keep earning 200MB a month by keepingusing this app theres no reason to keep this broken app on my phone Useless App
