The app will not let me log in It says the information provided is invalid never mind that I just logged in to the website using the same information It has been this way for months Can t log in Baa49

App decides whether I m still logged in at random Sometimes while using the app Other times I exit and come back to the app later without logging in Please offer the user the option to stay logged in Then actually STAY LOGGED IN Poor back end communication When trying to top up I got many errors related to the webpage not loading Killed the app and started over Had to login to PayPal twice in a row to continue with payment then it apparently failed at the final step but in reality my payment went through thank you PayPal app for the notification FLOW I have a simple piece of advice The easier it is for people to give you money the more money they will give you Make it frustrating and they ll put it off and get to it later Do yourself a favor and improve your app Good idea clunky execution Jirdbo

There s A LOT of technicalities that still needs to be worked on Here s an example of one NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY THE BILL VIA CREDIT CARD on the app what s the point of having credit card payment if it doesn t even work And then I just updated the app cause it needed to update I went to open it right after and it s saying Service unavailable How is that possible right after an update Hire some better I T s and stop being cheap Worst app ever i just want to pay my bill

I use to love this app I was able load my credit distribute my credit the way I want it because it was easier for me to put on data and my international minutes Now you can t log in I ve called customer care they can t help I ve sent emails I ve been told to call my local flow who can t help me either Nobody can t help and they stated it s not a known issue i told them the it is I ve tried it on my iPhone my galaxy same thing unknown error Even tried doing it via chrome and safari same issue Needs to do better Cisha91

My flow app is very slow with real time activity it takes forever to upload your call activity and data usage The time format you guy use to determine call minutes is difficult to understand the old app was ten times better Needs improvement Starboy5052

you can view balances see remaining credit on voice data etc plans in real time and you can purchase these with the monetary credit available however it would be nice to be able to top up in an seamless manner saved info ease of navigation etc WITHIN the app as of now you re redirected to flow s faulty top up site come with the update please Good app but much improving to go Latisha Dimetria

Very happy as a customer to see the company make a move like this When the upgrade campaign was launched I was expecting new services such as this app keep your upgrades alone the lines of improving convenience and youll continue being the best You made it to the future

The app looks clean and minimal all the things I like in an app so far Ive been asking for such an app for a long time however there are some issues 1 the password field on sign up for prepaid users requires a strong password with alphanumeric and symbols Thats not stated on the signup view 2 the password expires with the session so you have reenter the strong password again so unless your password is stored in a password manager or is simple enough for you to remember it becomes tedious My recommendation would be to integrate the app with 1password allow the user to use a 4digit PIN with an expiration after X number of days unlock using Apple ID or keep the login for much longer 3days would be fine 3 the top Up feature takes you outside of the app and to their online partner The service is convenient but truly is expensive if you compare it to purchasing through a local vendor If you have to do that use the partners API and keep the user in the app 4 there should be an iPad version I have an iPad mini with GSM and I have to remove the card each time to activate data services Other than that I like the app I like this app

The best thing for social media MyLime App allowed me to purchase data in the absence of wifi which meant live blogging via Facebook Go LIME MyLimeWow

I love this app already I often forget the access codes to activate a data plan Very nice

The new fixes allowed me to navigate my app without problems Loved the design Fantastic App
