Horrible always seems to crash or has something wrong with it         Appointments Totemygoats

Yeah it loads my vehicles but after I ve selected the service I need and if I will wait drop off or need a shuttle it gives me a message that my service advisor doesn t have any openings but I haven t even been able to select a date that i want to take my vehicle in This happens in the app and on the website so I guess I will have to continue to call for service appointments     Not working and can t find how to contact developer cant select a date for service

I got an email asking me to download this app when I bought my new car I spent some time registering and then it deleted my car from my file and I can t enter it again because Toyota isn t an option A real waste of time Don t bother     Can t even get started Huricarona

This app is great for tracking service on my Mini but I keep getting the little red notification symbol on my iPhone and when I open the app there is nothing that directs me too what the notification is for Please fix this the red notification thing is driving me crazy             What is the notification for Oregon Bug

I have put in my car s maintenance info twice now and each time I go back into app it disappears with the exception one entry when I have had 3 years worth of scheduled maintenance Very frustrating I ll stick to my spreadsheet and use this for browsing cars for sale         Needs improvement Meechmom

It s unable to pull up vehicle info via address name phone number combo I can not put vin number in because it s across town This is not convenience this is really unusable when you jump through hoops especially with basic required info     Not easy Drtoddk

Downloaded to keep track of service records on my vehicle Discovered that the app doesn t capture any service work already performed Too much work to dig out the receipts and I put them Will see if the app captures the next service If not I will delete         Too much work Billddrummer

This app won t lookup either vehicle I have bought from Lithia nor let me add them manually It also thinks the closest dealership is 50 miles away and ignores the one just down the street from here and the store I bought it from 20 miles away Can I see my service history or enter my updated mileage to see if I have any recommended maintenance Will I get any targeted customer loyalty coupons Can I search the inventory at Lithia or figure out my trade in value What is the value in this app exactly     Needs a major overhaul CustomerSatisfaction 101

Once a car has been entered it won t let you edit that car You can t change the year make model or add VIN est mileage without adding an entirely new car Then you can t delete the old one Other options are very nice but editing options are important         No edit delete options lahsciousgee
