I was pleased with my medical Now the syncing is so slow Each time I enter my blood glucose levels the app lags In other words I have to wait over two minutes to do anything else in My Medical Of course that means I cannot use the app much Since I paid to have this function and the synching which also doesnt always work the app gets a low rating from me I wanted to love this app so badly customer support has not responded to concern waited for over a month     The app lags slow or NO customer support

Any chance of fitness tracker integration              Love it

This has been a great app it hs everything I could possibly need it has always used iCloud as backup but now they are changing to Dropbox well Dropbox will not accept my password although it is totally accurate So if i update I will lose 50 years of info I have entered I also los it on a previous update        I am terribly upset about this app

I like that this app lets me add multiple people Super helpful when my husband had cancer and when taking care of my Dad Easy to look up info and add info              Love it

After Google Health shut down I had to scramble to find a replacement Ive been using this app for about a year now and it does a great job helping me keep track of my medical related activities It is very comprehensive and organized I am able to document everything I have tried several medical apps since Google Health and I have finally settled on this one as it is the best The IOS 7 update makes it very pleasing on ones eyes                 IOS 7 Update Nicely Done

Overall its a nice app I actually use it for my dogs since I cant find a decent medical app for them With that said I wish you could remove or hide certain categories but other than that its great              Really Nice

Im trying to set up on two iPhone 5s So to save massive amount of time wanted to send to device so I dont have to type this all twice with the old hunt n peck finger thing Its been looking for devices on the network for 10 minutes now Waste of time     Not a cheap ap and there are already problems

Love this app in general but its not as polished as it was preupdate Crashes randomly And you can no longer choose a theme Hope that option comes back in an update           Update needs some work

Read the review of this app on their website was very impressed by the features Would prefer to try before the buy but bought it based on the website descriptions reviews However disappointed by it It lacks the coolness of its website descriptions Would like to be able to upload to each Office Visit the test results documentation discusseda la Evernote or Awesome Note Was not worth the price        Ok but could be better

I am really thrilled with the Mac desktop version and the app which is on my iPhone iPad and touch All synced I had been using a silly Word doc to track all my shots 3 Rxs and office visits This is such a delight to use So now I can think Is my tetanus shot uptodate or what that Rx I seldom use and the info is at hand Very very helpful and I love that no one has my info Id love an app just like this to track my financial info                 Everything in One Organized Place and it Syncs Too

I purchased this app to work with the previous version My data would not import from iCloud and the vendor has never responded to me frequent attempts for support to correct this issue I do NOT RECOMMEND purchase of My Medical since at some point all your information may not show up and you have to resort back to all the paper copies     Horrible APP and NO Support

This app tracks a lot of information and that is what its good at Would like to see a summation of each person with their height weight etc and the export data cleaned up just to look nicer and more appealing              Ok but

I have had my share of medical procedures I have a lot of doctors It is nice to have all your history available in one place I would like to see a couple of updates Inside the app a red flag appears by the refill date prior to refill date It is only noticed if you are in the app It would be nice to have a flag show on the app screen that gives us a warning I would also like to see a date when the script expires You call the pharmacy and see you cant get last refill because it has expired delay getting a new script                 Great app

I have a very full and complex medical history Finally I found an app that allows me to keep everything organized and at my fingertips It is a great help to both me and my doctors I highly recommend                 Just what the doctor ordered

I turned on Dropbox and the app ended up creating 4 records with duplicated data And then 4 without any data but my pass code saved Unfortunately I had just entered a significant amount of data and hadnt backed it up It was hard to enter a lot of data the user interface isnt really designed for iPhone or iPad well Its more of a MacBook app I think I wont be keeping data there anymore Excel is better     Lost all my data

My wife and I both us the app and have been very happy with it but recently my wifes copy of the app locked up will not accept any entry We have sent numerous help requests over last three weeks via their website but no response So now our medical data is locked in the ether Mymedical does not provide chat or phone contact info so future buyers and current users beware     Tech support

This was wonderful and my doctor was impressed Now it crashes every time I try to launch it 10 years of info frozen in an inaccessible app And I wasnt trying to sync across devices just kept it on my phone Please fix it enough that I can extract the info and Ill find something else     Was wonderful now it crashes on launch

Unstable app You will lose data and it has never been able to sync Ive used IOS 7 and 8 as well as iCloud earlier and Dropbox It will not sync     Mr

Ive been using this app since 2010 without any issues until this update Most of my information for results is in the location section and my other test results vanished Four years of results gone What happened to this app     Long time user update screwed everything up

I truly like and use this app My Medical is not ur mom U have to be an adult and be the owner of your info Sync automatically great and u loose your info and u blame My Medical Dropbox Really App provides options to storeretrieve data Readuse these options and u will be covered Grow up At least make paper copy Think bout good ol days wo My Medical U sat there telling the ER Dr well I think I take that med but I cant spell it for sure                 Cool program Outstanding Customer Service

I have been using My Medical on my Mac for a number of years A few years ago I got an iPad and iPhone and loaded the iOS versions on them I use Dropbox syncing as My Medical no longer accesses iCloud and I have had no problems So far I have used their Support for questions on the methods of handling some of the info Last week I emailed them with a suggestion which would handle Prescriptions and Current Medications more efficiently I was very surprised that I had an answer the next day So allinall if asked I would recommend this set of apps              My first review

Loved it when it worked Updated and years worth of doctor info prescriptions and illness history was gone Very very disappointed     Lost all my data

Honestly the concept of this app is wonderful and works well on one device The concept of syncing is a big mess I am technologically savy however when I have reached the end of my expertise I am looking for expert help I completed entering my information I went to sync between my devices and it duplicated each person by 10 times I reached out to my medical over five times and they never reply I have been waiting two months with no response Very disappointed and discouraging     No customer service

Your very latest update is terrible I originally loved this app but with each new update it has gotten worse I cant rearrange categories anymore There is no edit on the category screen Some features are good but your changes were not for the better I am disappointed in the latest update I cant change background cant rearrange categories and when I went into FAQ tapped on a question the answer came up for a split second and then disappeared Could not get answers Please fix these bugs        Disappointed

It keeps all of the data I need to reference I just wish the list views tended to provide a more condensed quick view like youd expect from a list Otherwise its been rock solid I cant tell you how often Ive had this open at doctors appointments              Mostly good

I really like this app It has a couple of weak points but overall it is wonderful for storing all kinds of medical information I have versions on my Mac iPad and iPhone Recently I was in a doctors office and the nurse was asking my about medications I pulled out my iPhone and opened My Medical and showed her the list She was in awe and said why cant everyone do that The only complaint I have is about syncing hence the 4 stars Syncing is via Dropbox which is fine However there are times when new entries dont sync or take a long time to sync like 24 hrs or more Other times new entries will sync within minutes or even seconds If something doesnt sync you can transfer the info by exporting over WiFi but you have to do this for each device individually If they can fix this the app would be perfect              Excellent Medical Database

I bought this app when it first came out and it has been so useful to me when I go to the doctors Love that all my important medical information and treatments can be stored in one app and the meds I take Are you going to do anything with this app for the Apple watch                 Love it

Everythings in one place which comes in handy when one is asked for medical information Theyve made it easy to share information It takes only a little time and effort to catch on to the process of adding test results Neat clean and well organized Well worth the cost                 5 Stars

This app has lost all my medical data twice since I purchased it a few years ago Works for a few months and then all the data is gone Very frustrating     Lost information

I now can have all medical records at my fingertips great for doctor appointments especially new patients It makes it so easy to not just store all of your medical records and information but also share it with anyone via email or hard copy Also the method of backing up info via email seems really smart secure and private And I love that it stores actual test result reports PDFs A suggestion for future updates a password option that lets people view the full app but not make any changes without a password in case you allow someone to access viewing your records without risking them editing or deleting stuff by accident                 Very helpful

Im quite happy with the app after using it for a couple if years One if its nice features is was that it automatically enters office visits in my calendar through iCloud Now theyre changing to DropBox so I will be changing to another app If you are a fan of DropBox and arent concerned by its security issues this is a very useful app If youre an iOS device user not so much You might want to keep looking The one technical design change that I would recommend is the ability to easily move prescriptions from current to old status Otherwise its a great way to track and record your medical information Update There is now a way to change the status of prescriptions from current to old No problem They keep saying that iCloud synch is going to be taken away but havent done it so far so Ill keep using it If not for the iCloud vs Dropbox issue I would give this app 5 stars It really is quite useful and well organized for health record maintenance              Synch Issues

Works well if youre single but Ive not yet figured out how to get entered data to sync with my wifes application Have upped my review from 2 stars to 5 stars One must go to the App Store or Google Play to update the App It doesnt automatically update at least not in the App Store Once this is done data transfers easily                 My Medical

This is the only medical information app Ive kept Ive tried others but only My Medical remains in use Fast easy importing of notes documents photos I import entries from DayOne when needed have many lab reports Ive scanned using the phone I have all of my medically related photos in the app it remained perfectly intact when I switched to a new phone I wish all my other apps were as stable I have a good deal of information stored here so I really appreciate the fast navigation If I need something during a doctors appointment I can find what I need in a few seconds the doctors really appreciate that Its very useful has a clean updated look Id recommend it to anyone I removed one star because theres not much in the way of linking information to each specific doctor or prescription that would make it near perfect However thats never slowed things down when I needed it to perform at the last minute              Great app

My medical allows you to keep all of your medical records at your fingertips From office visits surgeries medicines currently taking or taken in the past tests to insurance information you have any or all of yours or a family members information when you need it                 Best medical app

Id love to have the option to add a family pet or pets Also it would be nice to have the option to select family position mom dad half sister etc Additionally if I were caring for a parent it would be nice to add them in as well              Love this app just one request

Has a wonderful variety of options to input everything you need to remember I have been carryinging a medical history for a year now on paper This has me ready to give up the paper and just carry my phone with a medical symbol sticker on the case I especially like the web site this app allows you to use to enable easier loading of data My only suggestion would be to add an ability to mark certain pills and doctors to appear in groupings for specific chronic treatment issues rather than to have to check all areas for what might otherwise be referenced through a special sub folder on diabetes for example I have already shared this app with one of my doctors and he loved it Been using for over a year now and still love it I have used it when visiting new doctors and checking into the hospital They have all been most impressed with how organized I am I tell everyone I meet who has a complex medical history or parents they assist or children whose immunizations they need to track about this app Best money I ever spent in the app store Ive now been using this app for three years and still consider it the best money I ever spent on an app There have been some issues along the way So before turning on or off synching or such be sure to back up data The one time I needed to use it it worked like a charm Still highly recommended                 Wonderful App

I have been using this for a few years now and love it I can track vaccines and other medical information for all of my family members It stores backup information a folder in my own Dropbox account which makes me feel confident that my information wont get lost with a bad software revision or if they were to go out of business or something                 Great vaccine tracker

Wow this just might be the most pitiful company and customer service I have ever run up against Especially considering whats at stake ones health This was the first sort of expensive premium app i ever purchased I purchased two one for my mac one for my iPhone with the simple idea that they would communicate with each other i needed to go see my cardiologist this Monday morning armed with the proper information I spent weeks and weeks collecting all my health data I needed to have prepared for him I had an issue with the syncing Im using dropbox but the units werent speak to each other I wrote to support asking for some advice on how to get the two apps to communicate no response wait a couple days ask again nothing its been 10 days now and all i receive from them is the acknowledgment of your email response for those of you who are syncing properly it appears to be a useful app but if you have even a small hiccup consider this fair warning eric     Pitiful
