My Menus

This is exactly what I was looking for in a menu app It allows me to write the different meals that I prepare and then choose from them easily I like that I can easily choose a meal from the type of meat I want to use This is not a fancy meal planner nor a recipe file                 Easy practical

It looks great It is a perfect blending of high technology and simple lifestyle Also its very easy to use I would highly recommend it                 The App is Amazingly Designed

The box for the notes is too difficult to type in The keyboard covers it up and you can not see what you are typing Plus you cant read the recipe easily either I wished I would not have spent the 99 cents     Difficult to type recipe

This app does one thing and it does it well It keeps track of menu items Period I didnt want a shopping list or a food inventory keeper or a recipe app I have them already What I wanted was a way to jog my memory when meals were getting boring to remind me of something I havent made in a long time The app is clean creative and it hasnt crashed once A big plus I only gave it three stars because I run it on my iPad but the app is iPhone only It still runs but an iPad version would be welcome Also it would be nice if it synced across my iDevices the way my other food apps do So I dont always have to be at home to jog my memory The biggest downside is that there is no way to backup my imported data Redos are always frustrating           Just what I needed

This is my first review on anything Ever I was looking for a way to make a list of menus I use and overall really enjoy Pepperplate but their menu feature makes you create a recipe for every item in a menu so youd have to create a recipe for green beans or mashed potatoes to add it to your menu Not practical Thats when I found this app Not sure if Id like it I started with the free version But it limits you to 10 menuswithout telling you at the front end Once I got 10 menus I was told to upgrade for more which was fine except after I paid for the upgraded app it installed a new app instead of just updating the free one So I had to reproduce each of the 10 menus I had already created So frustrating I contacted the app developer but that was almost a week ago and still no response At the end of the day this does what I want by listing menus but if Pepperplate ever improves their menu system I am so outa here In the meantime a calendar feature would also be nice so you could schedule menus for a month etc like you can on Pepperplate But Im not holding my breath with this developer        Works but Beware of Frustration

I finally found an app that is simple to use and does just what I want Just like the developers stated sometime I have trouble remembering some of my familys favorite recipes when Im trying to make my weekly menus or when Im shopping This app makes these tasks much easier Now within a few minutes I can enter the recipes we all love and have them at my fingertips whenever I need them I like the fact that the developers included a field for making notes and listing side items for each entry This helps a lot when Im creating my list and when Im shopping I especially like the fact that there is a field for protein types This allows me to take advantage of sales at the grocery store especially if I dont know what the weekly sales are until I walk in the door to shop And at only 99 cents its a great deal and truly blesses my life                 Just what I was looking for

I just bought this and I can see this is more of a recipe box than a menu planner Its not for planning out a weeks worth of menus Its for capturing a recipe and having it handy           Recipes box not menu planner

Liked the free version Could only add 10 so upgraded to full version The page no longer fits correctly dont know how to explain Not even usable At least it was only 1 If this is fixed I would really like this app     Wish I did not upgrade
