Oct 2017 review Home Assist function is working better and notifications are pushing May 2017 review While this could be a useful app the developer has stopped updating this Today is May 2017 and the last update was Dec 2016 The Home Assist function will NOT show notifications from a client Therefore this is a useless tool Similar to a phone with no voicemail this app just rings and rings and if you aren t there to answer or open the app the client doesn t get the request to you Update the home assist functions please                     Support has updated RealMattBrooks

The filters were recently updated but still don t do the job The problem is that agents don t properly fill out whatever forms put info to this app For example If you re looking for a home that is NOT in a 55 community you can filter homes by 55 62 or N A This does not account for agents who leave that space blank So you get all of those homes anyway You also can t filter by type of construction Block vs Wood Frame for example I m only interested in block homes but have to week through lost of wood frames to find them And there are too many options of kinds of residential structures from the MLS perspective to filter that way I just want to eliminate condos and town homes but to do that I have to select all of the structure types I want I don t even know what most of the structure types are but I ve ended up with a list of 20 kinds of housing just to cover all of my bases I like that it s more up to date than Trulia or Zillow and doesn t have all of the auctions but it s almost not worth the hassle         Filters are terrible Maggiegrigs

And the app really can t come in clutch for you or do the exact opposite You can sometimes type in addresses or MLS numbers accurately and it won t pull up some properties from time to time Which can really hurt you when you are out and about and need information quickly             It s awesome Only hen it accesses what you re looking for BAH753
