I see no point to this app There is no actual connection to either the Pod or PDM It randomly pops up tips in my notifications and the app is just a list of tips and advertising for other products I had hoped the Omnipod system would be modern enough to interface with smart phones but not so You can only manage the Pod via their archaic device that has a screen no better than my Nokia phone from 2001     Just advertising LP Atlanta

I downloaded the app then it asked for log in credentials user name and password which I didn t have since I just loaded the app Plus there was no place to sign up Called Omnipod support and talked with a very pleasant person They took me to Glook to sign up but doing so there wasn t a section for a users name only email and password I jumped through the hoops anyhow then tried again to log into Myomnipod Credentials not recognized I m giving this one day to synchronize if it doesn t out it goes     Impossible Vamrat

The app seems to be pretty great so far The added convenience of Touch ID would be great for logging in or even just remaining logged in would be handy Logging in each time has been annoying The carbohydrate counter doesn t list very much either It s a very bare minimum amount of information Other than that it has been pretty great so far                 Great app kaylay29

But I would like the Touch ID function added for convenient login Or the ability to save login Alert messages are too frequent and not very useful I just want to be notified of a new bill but that s not a choice                 Works well Colleen P

It s a shame that I m a podder and I can t use the app because I go through a vender and not insulet itself Insulet directly does not accept my insurance which is not my fault In the end if you have an app everyone should be able to register and access the content with ease I was told because I don t order from insulet itself I cannot have access That s bad bad business     Can t use app sweetsabby12

Surprisingly non functional app Yes you can skip calling them and re order pods via app and that is No further action available no order status to check no payment to make no invoice to request Though if you ever hold a brick of pods control device you would realize they are still living in 2007     Are we in 2017 or 2007 Wegiel

The My Omnipod app appears to offer some utility menu options to re order pods that I ve not used because I m on auto ship but otherwise it appears that it s only function is to issue pop up remember to Best practice announcements for beginning podders I find little benefit for a seasoned OmniPod user         Some Utility But Mostly Just Beginner Announcements IlDavo
