I tried to use the app today and I was forced to update otherwise I could not use it That is very stupid Can you imagine the nightmare if Facebook or Gmail or every other app required people to update before they could use it It would be horrible     DO NOT FOR TO UPDATE

For a mobile app it leaves a lot to be desired When it works its fine to review data usage and make minor changes When it works I have found I cant get it to run when using my Att data plan Wifi No problem Data Forget about it I keep getting an apology message that the service isnt available This seems to defeat the whole purpose     Never seems to be available with mobile data

I would rate this app with 2 stars It seems to only work for me when it wants too I constantly have to close the app and reopen it several times for it to work As far as paying my bills and checking all my information that is all fine for me Please update this app to work more smoothly        Could be better

For whatever reason you can no longer view your payment historyIf you click on Billing Payments you get a comparison of your monthly charges but dont see the amounts and dates of your previous paymentsYou also dont see billing details anymore     Payment History
I think the app works great I like that I can pay my bill through it and check each individual phones usage                 I like it

The mobile app is shotty at best it hangs each and every time you want to simply login as well as drill down to additional usage Pain in the arse with thatAs far as the usage detail that they provide when it actually decides to work is very goodStep it up on the mobile app ATT seriously        ATT App

I had some issues logging in at first and called support and they resolved it I like the pie chart and the ability to see everything I like that youre able to link accounts and are able to manage your account easily              Good app

When I opened my app it says that I need to update to newer version So I did When I opened it it says Sorry for the inconvenience but this service is not available iOS is up to date and cellular is on for this app so it should work Couldnt give 0 stars This has NEVER happened to any app on my phone     What a joke
I am a prem tech an install the cable an use the app everyday an have customers use it but when I walk them through it the app crashes or doesnt load     Doesnt work right
Let me open with ATT has been our service provider since 1999 and no one is perfect However this app was the only opportunity we had to order our newest iPhone 6S Plus at 300 am EDT 1200 am PDT on 91215 with a 2yr 499 contract price Since it turned out Apple only offered outofcontract purchases which doubled the price or monthly installments with the respective carriers at prices which added up to a ridiculous amount of money at the end of the term and in some cases you had to return the phone to get the next generation iPhone 7 As usual trying to preorder with was difficult at best and if you wanted a 2yr contract it was impossible Once again this ATT app has proved to be an absolute asset and convenience                 PreOrdering the iPhone 6S Plus
Just moved to ATT about a month ago the app is great I was previously a Verizon customer and I definitely like the myatt app much more than I did Verizons                 Great app
