This app has been broken for at least a couple years and Conexis knows about it because I reported it it several times in their message center Basically you spend all this time entering the receipt details and then 90 of the time get an error message that the image cannot upload Since the Conexis website is also very cumbersome to use for submitting reimbursement requests I am beginning to think that this might be a coordinated effort by Conexis to make it harder for people to get reimbursed Maybe they want more people to end up with unused funds so Conexis keeps the money I am not sure who keeps unused funds Employers using Conexis should be aware they are not taking care of their IT system     Something is fishy about this app ScorpionLeather

How does a company put out an app that they then state doesn t work as intended I have had my card suspended for not supplying receipts only to now find out the app more than likely was the cause I just tried to load a receipt using the camera the app asks to access only to find out they won t load over to the site I had to finally call customer service and we had to swap emails while on the phone to get the receipts reconciled Want to know why your health care cost so much Please fix this     Just told by Conexis service the App isn t the best way to load receipts jwmckeever

When I learned of this app I was ecstatic I could handle receipt submissions so my husband didn t have to be bothered with it during his work day However it is of little use if I have to wait for over an hour for it to receive one or two photos of receipts Even then there is no guarantee that Conexis has ever received them Other times it just flat out states it s unavailable WAY more trouble than a benefit Makes me think twice whether it is even worth it to have an FSA account in the first place Extremely frustrated and disappointed     It rarely works RonUser

I downloaded the app to simplify the way I file my claims I spent over 30 minutes trying to file the claim on my iPhone and continuous fails that said server not available ease try again I was able to file in claim which was a real pain re entering the info each time I tried processing using wifi just to see if it was an issue with the carrier but it was a no go Please fix this app if you want people to use I tried using the contact us option to email you guys but THAT does It work either         Service Not Available Really Badrc
