MyLifeOrganized is an easy-to-use, yet powerful and intuitive, task manager. Designed to strike a balance between the simple and the complex, MyLifeOrganized succeeds where competitors have failed Using an unlimited task hierarchy and the ability ...
I have bought the pc version and i found if i want to use the mobile version I have to pay more Thats not comfortable but the free version is OK to use separately                 Good but limited
Ive tried many tools over the past decade to support my GTD practice MLO is the only tool Ive found that supports GTD in every way across all my devices different operating systems and different connectivity scenarios One of the most appealing aspects of MLO is in its flexibility As my GTD practice has evolved and matured so has MLO The very supportive user community around this product has been stellar My only small complaint is the somewhat long development cycles across platforms Nonetheless there is nothing even in the same class as MLO if youre serious about really living the GTD lifestyle                 MLO is the best GTD tool anywhere
Very good app always helpful                 Great app
Ive tried them all and this app is the best by far It has helped me manage my workload at work in less than a week There is a curve but once your past it you will begin to see the benefits My only issue is they dont have a Mac app                 Better than OmniFocus Things
Ive switched from Omnifocus because Im now required to use Windows and I am pleasantly surprised about this app Very customizable and great to work with its become my new GTD app There was a small learning curve but not too bad with the manuals guidance Highly recommended                 Great GTD app for organizing work
This does not work as seem least with the desktop version as it should at least in my opinion        Hard time integrating
Отличное приложение жаль только за все функции платить надо                 Отличная программа
Keeps me on task both at work and home                 Great app
This is the best to do app ever It follows the Getting things done philosophy better than any other app I love the ability to collapse items and sub items and to also be able to see the next action items in a single view                 Love it
For years I had used Omnifocus and it was fine However they did not have a PC version and that is where I spend most of my time Then they upgraded to version 2 which I found terrible MLO is PC and iPhone are much much better Highly customizable and it comes with all kinds of preset views                 Better than Omnifocus
Fast interface great UI intuitive programming these guys really understand what youre looking for I seem to have a problem with my registrationplease help as A glitch wont allow me mlo pro sync please contact me              They get it right
I use this everyday to organize my daily activities on Windows but its more productive with the help of an iOS version              The best app I have ever had
Im using this app for day to day tasks as well as on going projects at work The calendar view is super helpful for seeing volume of work over time Ive even taken to writing notes directly into the app which is very useful for recalling the status of things Only wish list item I havent figured out yet is how to set up long term projects so they show up as a task on each day instead of just the date started and due This would be a more accurate picture of work volume              Best mobile solution Ive seen
Ive tried many apps in search of a powerful intuitive way to manage tasks and lists My Life Organized is the best Very flexible Customizable to YOUR way of working Multiplatform I sync to windows version and iPad version using their cloud service so I can do heavy data entry and organization from laptop and work from task lists and outlines on iPhone and iPad There are simpler easier apps out there but none as powerful                 The one app I cannot live without
And a flexible app with an even better windows version                 Great
I have been using mlo for over 4 years I have it everywhere desktop laptop phone Now the long awaited calendar view makes this essential app even better                 Great app made better
After reading Getting Things Done years ago I found the best app out there to support the methodology was the My Life Organized desktop version before they had any mobile versions You can add edit and revise tasks really quickly so it doesnt get in the way The iPhone app syncs perfectly and quickly with the desktop via the cloud or WiFi I couldnt ask for anything more except for maybe a Mac version so I could use it at home                 Combine with desktop app for GTD power
Enjoying the amount of lists I can make along with sublists My only thing is that I wish there were color labels to make it easier to find certain lists              Really good so far
Ive been using MLO since 2006 on my computers PDAs smartphones iPhone If youre new to MLO and find it a bit overwhelming as a phone app I highly recommend having the desktop version for the initial setup of your thousands of things I do the main organizing there and sync to my phone for daily execution of tasks and to add a quick task or two Ive tried a bunch of other programs but they were always lacking some feature that MLO has I call it MyLO instead of MLO because it is like my personal assistant Every aspect of my life is in this program My PDA phone and tablet purchases have all been made based on their ability to run MLO Please make a Windows app version This is my one must have program for which there is no substitute Theres a great user forum and the support over the years has been awesome                 Nothing else even comes close
The app is the best app to deal with projects and tasks The hierarchy feature is great It would be perfect if it includes calendar to make appointments beside tasks and a widget in Notification Center to view today tasks and actions in the notifications like mark complete or postpone              Great app but can be perfect
I am impressed with the new Calendar view The display as a task histogram is novel Like being able to scroll forwards as well as backwards with touch of finger I have played with MLO desktop on and off over several years and watched the development Main thing holding me back from using full time is the cost including the sync cloud service Would like to be able to just sync using my own WiFi I use Informant now and for a long time which serves my purposes well and also has novel featuressuch as TravelAssist TM                 New Calendar View Is Novel and Neat
Ive downloaded on my PC iPhone looking to get organized Time will tell but I like its potential Im confused right now so will need to spend time figuring out how to make use of the apphowever time is what I lack and need to save with the app Vr James           First Time User
MLO is one of the premier task managers currently available Its only real peer is Omnifocus which is also fantastic But if youre stuck with Windows at work like I am then MLO is without question the best The power comes from the dualview an outline for planning and a flatlist for doing The flexibility of MLO can make it intimidating at first there is definitely a steep learning curve but once you learn it the tool disappears into the background an youre able to just use it All the details you need are here to organize and execute single tasks to complicated endeavors Projects Subprojects Tasks Subtasks nest as deep as you want recurrences start date due date dependencies contexts priority urgency importance flags stars filters views zoom powerful incremental search quick task entry etc The iPhone app is probably fine as a standalone but Id recommend pairing it with the Windows app My work can be sensitive so having the Wifi sync with MLO keeps my data safely off the cloud                 Dang
I have ben using this program since it was first released and its ben great and just getting better From simple projects to very complicated ones its got everything you need The only thing i would and if they havent yet is this ability to add photos and videos to the notes Plus if it could add hyper links to websites and other apps then it would be perfect TY MLO People for creating such an amazing app Sincerely Michael FC                 Great App
So far so good Im a longtime user of EccoPro and have been looking for a replacement or something similar to use on my iPhone For those of you who arent ancient EccoPro has been around without updates for about 20 years and still has a pretty good following me included Ive been using Slick Tasks and Evernote but neededwanted something else MLO is getting it done Am looking forward to trying the windows version on my desktop and synching it Well see how it goes                 MLO For iPhone
When your plans need to be more granular and you have to work step by step this is a handy little app that helps fill those gaps              Perfect Companion to Google Calendar
I have used MLO for Windows for some time This is the perfect companion You can enter data and check off todos just as you do on the desktop version A quick sync brings both to current status For those who travel the cloud sync option allows you to sync from anywhere you can establish connectivity I admit the mobile version required a little playing around with it to get the flow right It has to be different to work in the mobile environment However this did not take very long If you know MLO on another platform this app will not disappoint                 Perfect companion to MLO for Windows
Love this app I use it across all my devices to keep up my tasks              Great app
This app is much better than a todo list With a new year I have new goals I can dream of how I want to improve our family with good habits such as reading to the kids for thirty minutes per day input dream goal into MLO and create a reoccurring to do in order to daily make my goals a reality Recommended reading Getting Things Done MLO takes a while to get used to but keep trying using it fully will keep you on track                 Great for sidetracked homemaker
I have struggled with getting and staying organized for many years As a busy mom this app is the most helpful and easy to use I have try MANY other org apps Also their technical support is awesome website and user manual have a wealth of info and are very well written I always recommend this app to others Great job and thank you                 Best app for tracking
每天都在用能非常方便的安排我的工作及行程安排非常感谢MLO团队                 超棒的GTD软件
It takes a little to get used to but I like it so far Appears to meet the needs I was looking for which was a combination of a taskto do list goals tracker and projects mgmt tool I am still exploring everything it can do but its meeting my expectations so far You are reminded daily that you are essentially using the Pro version for free for 45 days and that if you want to keep the Pro functionality you will need to pay the 999 purchase price Most of the functionality I was looking for is part of the Pro version so I paid the price to not risk losing everything Ive entered so far I will update more later when I have used the app longer                 So far so good
MLO is amazing The app is easy to use but has such a wealth of sophisticated features that youd think you were using a desktop app on your device For example the outlining function alone is head and shoulders above even dedicated iOS outlining applications with hoisting and filtering and custom views No other task manager is even in its league                 Light years ahead of other task managers
Программа просто великолепная                 Iphone4s
Love the app Allows me to manage tasks across various devices effectively              Excellent app
Large learning curves but does help you Get Things Done                 Mother of all ToDo list managers
Soy un gran fanático de la versión desktop y con esta compañera realmente la solución es completa Felicitaciones por este update              Gran aplicación
I have used MLO for several years and it keeps getting better The recent addition of the calendar is great                 Great App Great GTD Great iCloud Support
Whenever I add a subtask it moves at the end of the list outside of the parent task you are creating it under Has anyone else noticed this Its driving me insane This has been there since many months        Bug in the app
Seemed too confusing Not user friendly After 5 minutes I deleted it     Confusing
I downloaded MLO2 a few days ago and have only just begun to tap into its potential I have a Windows PC for work and my iPhone Ive been looking for the best task manager to sync between the two and this seems to work well The app by itself is not all that impressive but when paired with the desktop software it has everything you could need I like this softwares ability to organize complex projects though this is more obvious on the desktop version You can create dependencies for tasks which is not a common feature in all task managers in my experience Overall its quite good I gave it four stars because its not quite as intuitive to use as Ive found other task managers to be At the same time Im willing to put in extra time to learn this software because it has all of the features I need              Syncs Windows Droid and iOS
Does take some time to learn the nuances of the program Looking forward to helping me organize my life              Supersil13
I have tried out several to do task list and project manager apps this one is by far the best one Ive found Extremely comprehensive well laid out lets me give a due date for each step in a project has a progress bar for each project exactly what I was looking for to finally get my unfinished craft projects organized and finished I would make a small suggestion though your help screens are nice but it would be even better if you had a mini tutorial video there are just so many possible settings options a video would make it easier to grasp what they all do Great app though very very well done                 Maybe now I can finally finish my craft projects
Best task manager Ive used so far Ive been using MLO for years now and the only thing lacking is a desktop version for MAC OS X I have MLO running on my IPhone and iPad and cloud sync works perfectly                 MLO works great for my needs
Ive been using MLO app and desktop version for a few years now I love the cloud sync between devices which works well it has an occasional hiccup but is easily fixed I was looking for an app that supported GTD and that worked on both devices Most features on the desktop version are now also available on the mobile versions although the iPad app is more robust than the iPhone app I like the new calendar view and Im looking forward to experimenting with it further                 Best available GTD app
The free trial of the iPhone app desktop version and device sync hooked me But I cannot justify the cost for all of it after the trial so I continue to use the free app Most of the key functionality remains One small thing that I find annoying is that I cannot update the due date quickly I have to click deeper into the task to do so Another app that you could try if you are looking for a free to do list app is Errands              Great app and desktop program
I started using the desktop version of MLO in 2011 It is a simple outline or that as you did deeper becomes a sophisticated project management system I use it to run my company and Im very happy with it With this app Im able to keep in touch projects I have going on as well as adding tasks and notes as needed The one thing I hope they will do in the future is to have Siri integration and as well as integration with Apple reminders The reason for this is that it would be nice to be able to enter tasks without having to go to the lock screen Update July 2015 MLO continues to advance and remains the workhorse for running my businesses Still hoping that Siri integration comes soon                 I tried many things but always come back to MLO
Outliner and ToDo list Runs on laptop and my IPhone Robust sync via the MLO cloud Rich feature set I use it every day                 Outstanding
Ive tried many task apps and this has been really good I do enjoy the pocket booklet Would be really grateful with better sharing options and folder sharing with other users such as coworkers Hope to see that in the future                 Great app
This is a great app but if you want to sync with outlook or another utility you will have to pay a subscription price for that              Great App Expect Additional Fees
