So I love the app being able to check on upcoming appointments deal with billing statements and payment having phone numbers and addresses with suite numbers all of it Only really have one problem and one suggestion Problem I often get notifications that I have a new message billing letter I open the app click on the alerts and see an old but not yet due statement amount and a line saying the other message is only viewable on the website Seems silly I can t check it on the app but whatever Go to the website check message and only message listed is regarding the bill due a week from now If the notification is truly just a payment reminder just say payment reminder bill due in 7 days Would save concern that some important note is being missed Unrelated suggestion my app icon lives on my home screen If there should be an emergency it would be handy if the app would either list primary doctor and or favored hospital on the app welcome screen without needing to log in Also if there is any way to add that info to the the phone lock screen that d also be handy Tricky to do but handy if possible                 Good app but confusing some times Emp Nu

The password login constantly requires you retry your login because it can t connect I m certain my password is correct yet it won t let you in until the 4 5 th try Why not save the password The rest works well and is helpful         Good with a a major issue JJay0728

I don t understand why a developer would arbitrarily remove multiple pieces of functionality unless there s 1 a bug 2 competition for the same piece of real estate or 3 an incompatibility with a development platform update 1 a year for a bug fix is shameful 2 indicates poor requirements planning 3 Epic can no longer generate a simple graph         Removed functionality Apple Account Nickname

Last version was nice allowing quick access to my family s health information wherever I am but the push notifications to my phone and Apple Watch and the ability to personalize with photos of my family increases the personalization Nicely done                     Love the latest update Limmekus

This app is very helpful Being able to contact my doctor on the go is great Plus I have access to my family members accounts and their doctors and clinics I liked the app before but the recent updates makes it even easier and more intuitive The new push notifications for new activity is great                     Great update to an already good app JenC77!

I really do love this app as it is VERY convenient and helpful But it isn t being helpful right now I tried making an appt with my doctor and when I went to choose her name it wasn t there In fact none of my doctors I have a few weren t there The only one there was a doctor that I have never heard of nor seen Please fix this issue l I really don t want to spend 5 10 minutes on the phone That s why I have the app so I can see appt times that she has open and make one within 30 seconds or so vs waiting for a long period of time on the phone                 Wrong doctor I'm not sure of a nickname-k

This is a nice functional app Messaging works well though a sent box would improve things Appointments are easy to work with and add to my calendar which I like The one day to day improvement that would make things so much faster would be implementation of TouchID for login That change would bump it to 5 stars in my mind                 Good overall dcteas17

The app works great on my iPhone 4S I just have a few suggestions which truly are just common sense 1 Needs to be able to sync appointments to a calendar or sync to another appointment keeper app 2 Parents Guardians Spouse should have access to child s Spouse Relatives health information with their permission and be able to request refills from a single account 3 48 hrs for a response from any clinic seems excessive higher a Registered Nurse to respond to people s inquiries so it takes less time for families to get needed information                 Could be better Ren0103

This allows me to keep track of my kids appointments easily I only have two suggestions 1 Allow it to auto add appointments to my calendar That way If my spouse makes an appointment for one of our kids it will auto sync to my calendar as well as hers 2 Auto sync data to apple heath Things like the vitals taken at every visit                     Great app Shanebyars

The app will not advance past the sign in screen Eventually a message pops up stating that there are problems with the servers and I should try again later Trying again later brings the same results I ve deleted and reinstalled with the same results Junk     POS does not works 1buc2

Once I ve opened the app the log in screen pops up and I put my info in but then it just loads forever I ve tried with wi fi without wi fi I ve tried waiting longer each time to see if it ll load then but I still haven t been able to get it to work     Can t get the app to load BBroo92

The app works great very functional One complaint while it saves the username there is no option to save the password Every time I use it I have to go into last pass to get the password They really need to integrate it with Touch ID                 Great app room for improvement Tech_pilgrim

I love MyMercy net so I downloaded the MyMercy app to my iPad I use my iPad way more than my iPhone Unfortunately it looks like the app is only designed for the iPad This is disappointing that it only functions on the iPhone Note to developers Please include the iPad in the platforms supported     Doesn t work on iPad Mercy Patient

For several years I have used MyMercy in my mobile phone It was amazing and worked perfectly fine until a few weeks ago On this app I am no longer able to see messages I have sent to my doctor which has resulted in duplicated messages We ve lost the function to chart our previous lab results which WAS very helpful Also lost is the ability to see the date a prescription was last filled another problem that has resulted in duplicate messages and confusion with doctors office This app was perfectly fine for years Now it s awful         Not an improvement Lynnwe
