I am a great outdoorsman and enjoy finding a variety of animals I was happy when I saw this new app and enjoy using it to find a variety of animals I hope though that theyll make a future app update that is able to select a certain species and show all of its particular sightings on a map Also I hope that it will include a list for all the animals you find Other then that this is a superb app used by our whole family I especially like that you dont need Internet connection for it to operate Over all a must have for the great outdoorsman Just as good as birds eye and ibird explorer plus Needs a few improvements
This app has a lot of potential The GPS works great but so far I have found only bird lists and not other animals as shown elsewhere Instructions need help Hopefully this is just a start Keep going you are on to something Could be Great
Started to enjoy itfor one day Then it suddenly started crashing when I try to open it Restarted iPaddidnt help Deleted losing data then downloaded againdidnt help Oh well fun while it lasted Crashing suddenly
I was very excited to download and use this application as it looks fantastic especially for a free app However my only checklist option is White Rock Kansas and I live in Maine I can not figure out how to change the location I okayed the application to use my current location but somethying is not working correctly Also how do I get out of the checklist and actually view the bird photos and information There is no button or dropdown for this I searched online for some info on the problem but there is nothing out there yet I really think this app has amazing potential and will give it five stars when I can acutally use it in my location andsee the bird id information Great potential app
I thought this app would be great for those who like life lists and checklists The interface of this app works smoothly and it is easy to figure out except how to delete an entry The main problem with this app is that it collects location info to create local checklists that are completely inaccurate Its funny too that in the middle of a ton of bird listings you have hoofed and it lists mule deer for Illinois Great concept of marking with pins but needs a lot of work to make this a worthy tool for naturalists Great Concept with Issues
