Worked fine for 11 months Since last week I could not access my files said my access was revoked Now that I can access my files they are gone I had186GB backed up and now only 51GB are there One photo out of hundreds is backed up Support is form email after form all saying they will send it to another department Hopefully I can get a refund for the remaining 2 yrs I paid for     Do not buy Bjstxs

I bought the UNLIMITED data plan When my backed up data reached 816GB after 9 months they locked my account When I called I was told I had exceed normal usage and was in violation of paragraph 14 of their Terms and Conditions NO WHERE on there website nor in their T Cs does it state their is a limit to their UNLIMITED data plan This company practices unethical business practices and employs bait and switch methods knowing that if you already have 800GB of data stored it becomes very time consuming and expensive for you to back out DON T use this company They are a ripoff     Unethical Business Practices cnctwthme

MyPC Backup is a good tool for online backups but it constantly pauses if you have a lot of files Also it does not allow you to delete entire folders from the online storage even if you no longer include that folder and its contents in the backup job Instead the tool forces you to delete files one at a time until the folder is empty then you can delete the folder That s inefficient and time consuming especially if the folder has a lot of files I hope the next release will fix this issue because the app is rather good but inefficient in its use of storage space on the servers             Good Backup Tool Dennis Boone

Backing up of files works well I like being able to access the files from the web later and from my tablet Would give five stars if the file syncing worked but right now that part is broken Won t sync folders only loose files The sync plugin also slows windows down so don t install it till they announce a fix for it                 Good service almost great Zigbeetle
