MyScript Stylus - Handwriting Keyboard

While I love this input method I dont like the fact that under iOS 9 I MUST enable full access Personally I think this is a securityprivacy risk and one of the reasons this is my thirdparty keyboard of choice Their support forum says they are working on an update so if you are a security minded private individual you may want to wait for the next update That said this is a great input method It recognizes my scribbles quite handily but I usually print Editing existing text can get tedious at times the editing gestures get conveyed to characters The full context of the edited line is not shown only characters to the left of the cursor and sometimes no context at all The frustrations sometimes occur with such persistence that I lose track of what I was doing When I get frustrated with this keyboard I switch to Swype and continue working This input method shows great promise Stylus is a tremendous improvement over Stack Stylus shines on the iPad but feels crowded on the iPod due to the line input method For IPod users you may want to look at Stack as it supports character input and is more efficient on the small screen Once they get the iOS 9 full access fix released this will be installed on my IPad again              OOPS iOS 9 broke it

I used to use a PDA with a stylus I was able to write my notes and have the system interpret them With my phone I have great problems with the keyboard and fat fingers This solves my problem perfectly                 Just what I wanted

Takes getting used to Not a problem but users should note it does not do autocorrect nor does it capitalize the first letter of a new sentence Normally you would write that Otherwise it did a pretty good job deciphering my chicken scratching           Like all new things

Had to remove from my keyboards until new update PLEASE UPDATE        Need IOS 9 update

This app like every app your company produces is top notice Your keyboard is much like the calculator and equation editor app They are all accurate thanks for thinking about mathematics And science in the design of your apps I teach math at a junior college and most of my students use every app your company has made Your new keyboard app will be a welcome addition                 Quality

Please make an iwatch app that can send texts from handwriting letters on the screen                 iwatch

Its way too easy to accidentally touch the screen with your palm Also the add a space gesture simply doesnt work           Lefthanders are out of luck

This keyboard wont even open since ios 9 Hoping a fix is on the way        Not working

The base technology behind this app is great I think this is the future of notetaking on devices and pcs However there are some interfacing problems that render it cumbersome to the point that i rarely use it now I use this app on my iPad mini i also have a clamcase keyboard which is great for my iPad Sometimes I want to type and other times i want to writeso ideally i could use my keyboard and MyScript Unfortunately the two seem to get in the way of each other Under certain conditions i have tried to switch from one to the other and my apps end up crashing Furthermore MyScript fails at times and i have to rewrite 3 4 or 5 times overor it will crash So as cool as this app is ill stick with my keyboard until its refined           Great potential but kinks still exist

I was familiar with the powerful handwriting recognition engine that these guys produce since its integrated into GoodNotes an app that I use constantly They created a keyboard many months back that recognized letters but it never felt like handwriting since cursive wasnt possible This keyboard is amazing I just wrote a few emails and found the interface very intuitive and most importantly the recognition engine is almost unreal Thrilled that they produced this keyboard and will be recommending to all of my friends and colleagues                 Extremely impressed

This is the best app I have used It does what the company says that it can do You need it everyone needs it                 amazing

I have been using handwriting recognition since the pocket pc days This product is amazingly good It is fast and accurate at least with my scribbles Well done                 amazingly good

I just tested this for a couple of paragraphs of text and it seemed wonderful but it isnt compatible with iOS 9 It takes over completely as the ONLY keyboard option The only way to get to back to another keyboard is to uninstall this one A related problem is that neither the return key or the space key work Thats a lot to be broken But I emphasize that the basic functionality you scribble and it turns it into text is extremely impressive Best Ive ever tried So I anxiously await an update to make it iOS 9 compatible        Seems great but not for iOS 9

I am writing this review on an iPad with a stylus Writing not typing I could do it with my finger but a stylus is better I can do it on my iPhone but its harder I am discovering how much I prefer handwriting to keyboarding This app performs exceptionally good handwriting recognitionThere are some difficultiesusually with spacing and capitalizationbut it is a highly usable interface more tolerant of my sloppy cursive than I have any right to expect I have to go back to the keypad for some charactersI like long dashes and curly quotesbut the bottom line is that I can write not tap I use it routinely now The learning curve was not steep                 Handwritten Input

It quit working when I updated my iOS Id love for an update to fix this I want to continue using this           Awesome but

I have wanted a real handwriting keyboard for ages This one is incredible It is the most accurate I have ever used And it is fast and simple Nailed it THANK you Now how can I pay you                 I Love this

Are you out of your mind Im new to the app so I may be wrong but as I understand it you cant use this app unless you enable a feature called Allow Full Access When I tried to do this I got a pop up warning on my iPad which informed me that when this setting is enabled a third party has access to all information I type into the app This included credit card info passwords and everything else entered Are these guys crazy Or do I just have it wrong     Are you out of your mind

I downloaded this thinking I would be able to text with it in cursive writing and it does not It was a total waste on money I dont know what it does do Its really stupid Dont waste your time or money    

It deserves 5 stars if it has Urdu Language Kindly add Urdu Language Package           More languages Please

Really an excellent product but just a little buggy with ios9 It does still work for me but I do have full access enabled              Great Almost perfect

Ok so when I first got the app it was amazing and I loved it But then I got the iOS9 and it sucked Then the only way it would work if I let them some everything I do and what I did previously including card and addressWhy I dont know what are you going to do buy me a pair of shoes and hand deliver it I dont think so     Personal space please

Amazing keyboard replacement Almost entirely abrogates the need for specialized note taking apps Now I can take handwritten notes directly in my favorite word processor effortlessly I would have paid 5 for this Handwriting recognition is top notch                 Wowww

With this keyboard its possible to use handwriting in any app And it really works Its possible to write very fast because the handwriting recognition is so good so even if you scrible something quick and almost ieligible the keyboard gets it Is it faster than writing with the onscreen keyboard I havent used it long enough to judge Minor problems I have some problems with palm rejection And waiting while the text scrolls interupts writing This review was witten using the keyboard                 Really works

I got the app right Then I clicked on it Went through the tutorial and went to the menu and set everything up Im ready to write What do I do     Dont know how to even write

May you add Arabic to the list too that will be great and this is a very good app           Thanks
