Ive never been able to log in with this app I get a system error every time     System error

Id planned on quitting with TASC since difficulties in dealing with their reimbursements over the website caused me to lose over 400 earlier However when I saw that reimbursements could be done via their mobile app I decided to stick with them one more year However after submitting my reimbursement the app just spins forever I logged out and tried to log back in again however I seem to have forgotten my password and after 3 tries I am locked out There is no way to do a password reset online I have to call during office hrs to reactivate This is more trouble than the money I was supposed to save using this company and didnt save anyways due to the loss of money Ill be opting out at the earliest opportunity     Doesnt seem to submit expenses

Just tried for first time No way to tell photo of receipt was attached so tried to attach 3 times then ended up with 3 email confirmations although only hit the submit once Logged on to my account and it shows only 1 request for reimbursement so guess it went through ok in spite of my fumblings Will give 5 stars when reimbursement is actually deposited              Confirmation issue

I just downloaded this app and it literally will not let me do anything It will not let me input or a username or password It is completely inoperable     This app does not work at all

Since the last update the app has completely stopped functioning After logging in no information populates fields and buttons are nonresponsive     Nonfunctioning

My employer obviously went with the cheapest FSA plan manager because the app and website suffer from an extreme lack of functionality If you want to accurately submit your receipts on the go try another tactic Maybe their submission by text actually works Oh and dont forget to complain to your HR department about how crappy TASC is     This app is terrible

I guess it is MUCH easier than the current fax in method or email as part of a service request But two things For dep care it doesnt ask who the dependent is Having 2 kids is going to make it look like Im submitting the same claims twice when Im really not Also I sent 4 claims and cant get the 5th to go thru Perhaps there is a limit              EB

Need iPhone 5 support and support for multiple page submissions Seems to work ok otherwise           No options to transfer cash to bank account

This app would be awesome IF IT WORKED I wanted to give it zero stars but it required me to give at least one to submit this     Useless

Cant even manage to upload the photo it takes Forces it to a square crop after letting you take a full photo     Poor design

I love that theres an app to submit receipts for reimbursement I hate that it works so poorly It takes 4 minutes to submit a single image of a receipt If you are lucky and the app doesnt time out and make you start over Its almost as if you want to make it difficult for us to claim our own money TASC I miss my old company Wageworks Their app worked     Painfully slow

Looks like the camera issues with the receipts have been unaddressed for a LONG time I can live with limited functionality it is free after all but sure would be nice to have the single most practicaluseful component functioning        Key Function Failure

Ive been using this app for the past two years and I love how easy it is compared to scanning and emailing Ive used it under iOS 5 6 and now 7 all without any major or minor hiccups                 Love the simplicity of this app

They did an app just to say they have one If you have a receipt and you submit it might be ok But when you have multiples on same form or one bill with 34 attached documents you can t send it They do not have an email where you can send files and they have a stupid 5Mb file limit Trying to send a 22 Mb and said it s too large Reimbursement is prompt but to send paperwork it has always been a big hassle App is one of those you download use once and delete to free space up     Very Poor app

This app is simple and straightforward and does what it needs to do A few suggestions to improve the user experience 1 Allow saving of service providers so they can be picked from a list 2 If user has just one benefit type it should come up automatically Why make user choose when there is just one choice 3 Show the camera window framing when taking a picture rather than after the fact 4 Speed up the reimbursement submittal time Much too long now        Good Start Needs Some Work

I havent been able to log in in months     App quit working

By the time I figured out that my submissions never went through it was too late I lost all the money in my Flex account Dont trust this app     Submissions failed to go through with no notification

The latest update adds the ability to submit reimbursement requests along with a picture of the receipt No more printing PDFs and faxing them in                 The latest update adds useful features

Thanks for making this app I easily submitted a request for reimbursement with my phone Very convenient It would be nice to be able to attach multiple pictures for receipts Ideally the app would have all the features of the tasc website              Keep adding features

This does not show my parking or my Transportation benefits     It only shows my Medical Benefits

I submitted my receipt for Dependent Care services Two days later it was approved to My Cash card I transferred money from My Cash card to direct deposit and three days later received a text it was denied because I didnt have the substantiation cover sheet Why would I need this Shouldnt that be populated from the information in the app Worthless to submit it through the app if I have to submit it online to get the cover sheet and than fax it in anyway Very strange to have it all approved and than taken from me because the app cant do the job Fix this and Ill love the app     Needs improvement

App is pretty useless All you can do is submit a receipt I had hoped that you could at least do the se as the site        Cant do much

Continue to love this app It has virtually everything I need to management my TASC Flex account                 Awesome new features

That Im the first to review this app begs several questions and certainly entitles it to the fewest available number of stars More later after Ive had the chance to critically consider how much it is worth     Wow not encouraging

Every time I try to log in regardless if via the website or the app it always tells me my login information does not match I have to call in to get a password the account reset My password is always correct because I keep it written down I had hopes the app would not do that but on a Sunday when the company is closed it once again locked me out of my account without any access to reopen until Monday With that I hate both the tasc website app     Constant login problems

I was excited that TASC came out with an update to address a bunch of the concerns from their initial release However the app is still mostly useless Yes it remembers my username and password now But when I tried requesting reimbursement for dependent care expenses it didnt work I sent in the request using my iPhone on Friday and sent with it a picture of the receipt I got a confirmation in the app and through an email On Monday they sent me a text and an email that my request was approved and would be deposited in my account in 2448 hours And on Tuesday they sent me an email saying substantiating documents are missing Seriously What was the attached picture of the receipt So now I have to go dug out the receipt again and fax it in all over again with a cover sheet Again I ask whats the point of this app     Version 2 still useless

I would give it negative stars if I could Doesnt accept my login at all I just used it on my computer yesterday     Absolute crap

Please format for iPhone 5 and make the graphics retina display compatible Otherwise a great app that does exactly what I need              Good app could use some aesthetics

I just downloaded and then used this app to quickly submit two requests for medical reimbursement using my iPad I received a separate confirmation number for both of them so perhaps the problem of multiple submissions that previous users had has been fixed So far this app has been very easy to use especially compared to the cumbersome website One small negative I did notice that once a file photo is attached to the request there is no indication that it is attached so I just had to assume that it was and just submit the request I will up the rating to 5 stars when I receive my reimbursement check              Giving it 4 stars for now

Whenever I submit a claim I end up having to resubmit the attachment through a different route     Does not submit attachment

iPhone 5 does not allow you to enter username or password on opening screen     2014 version does not work
