Remember password button clearly doesn t work and to see dashboard I have to use a browser so not much point in using the app It works as far as I can see but I haven t bothered using it to pay         No dashboard doesn t recall login info genie_detective

The app use to be great but now I can t pay on the app I enter my information and it constantly says session timed out         I can pay embrown31

I love I am able to easily access my account But paying through the app is frustrating When I m trying to make a payment it constantly says session has timed out so I have to start all over again It normally takes me 7 8 times of inputting everything as quickly as possible to try and avoid the session time out         Session Time Out Frustration New to team iPhone

App doesn t let you paste in your password from other apps like 1password I have a complex password you should too and no way I can memorize it If you use the app switcher to go back and forth this poorly executed app will erase whatever you had typed into the password field So Deleted     Login process is horrible P00pyPants

Love that the app now allows me to manage outage alerts receive outage alerts for SMS Texting and Email Great feature This also ties to the My Communication Preferences Page on the Westar website Very convenient and allows me flexibility in terms of what channels and or individuals that I want to receive preference updates AWESOME 5 Stars                     Version 1 2 Topeka Tom
