I use inRoute app to map out routes but it is not a navigation app However it has the capability to export the route to navigation apps such as Navigon It transfers the route but once in Navigon it will not continue from current location It is very difficult to get to recognize startstop points like competition apps such as Mapquest If youre looking for an easy to use navigation app this aint the one     Not user friendly

I have been using Navigon for the past 5 years and felt it was reliable but July 2015 update of the app did something to the app that ruined reliability completely I can no longer count on Navigon for family trips so now 59 is wasted I traveled in Colorado and had 5 wrong destinations in 9 trips Huge failure Navigon     5 wrong destinations out of 9 in Colorado

This app is simply broke cant find the right location after plugging in the addresshave to result in using the GPS coordinates Avoid this app and find another more reliable navigation app     Avoid

Im in California and traveling to Oklahoma it says the route is too long to navigate Really I have all the states downloaded and messed with the settings Stay away from the and use the free Google maps     Junk

The most reliable navigation app ever I dont know why people are not giving a good review but as for me I have tried all the navigation apps and this is the most accurate and detailed I used to use sygic but this one takes it to another level I am never lost thank you Navigon                 Best Navigation App Ever

Been using since couple of years and i am extremely happy with the purchase                 All i need to drive Pretty good app

This used to be a fantastic app but for the past few months the voice directions are wrong It will say north instead of south or east instead of west for instance The onscreen directions are accurate but the mismatch with voice directions is distracting and dangerous and has resulted in me getting lost multiple times before deciding to just switch to another app I would like to keep using this app if they fix the bug but it has been around for months without being fixed     Voice directions are wrong

The three routing options given are not the best One of the three is sometimes ok but the other two are nowhere near good enough to even consider Something still is not right in the routing engine in this app     Routing options are not good

On iPhone 5S IOS 812 the program crashes and erases the navigation info every time The program just get worse with this update     Stay Away from THIS Update

Wanted a route from Grand Junction CO to a street address in Las Vegas NV 509 miles Navigon is routing me north to Salt Lake City west to Sacramento down to Bakersfield then east to LV 1587 miles What the     Why did Garmin buy Navigon Only to ruin it

I cant even begin to say how much I hate having to calibrate the app EVERY TIME I want to use it That is really a stupid requirement I could understand needing to do that when theres been an update but every time I turn it on     Not the same One star now can I make it no star

Besides the fact that the apps UI is awkward to use at best besides the fact that its saddled with Microsofts Here map search which can never seem to find anything besides the fact that it seems to take the support team months if not years to fix basic issues like the voice directions mixing up East West and North South besides all that the app itself is not stable and will given enough time eventually crash your phone lock you out of the app and erase all your downloaded maps for which the only fix is reinstalling the app and redownloading all your maps hope you have a good internet connection and a few extra hours to spare This is the worst investment Ive ever made on any GOS tool Navigon has now become synonymous with outdated and unreliable     Outdated and Unreliable

The interface does not allow to paste an address in It has the same dumb interface as on all Garmin products You have to select state city and than enter street and number What if you are trying to get to a campground Very outdated interface Also it thinks that it is mot possible to get from California to Utah on a motorcycle we do that every summer Stupid app     Not possible to paste an address

Garmin has the name has the reputation that was bar none but that was transitioning from the GPS dedicated only devices to the smart phones in 20082010 So FIVE years later Garmin has invested in practically nothing A new icon some bug fixes over the years but no innovation This is typical of large companies that will invest once into a project and then milk it dry and for every penny it was ever capable of yielding So instead of investing and innovating lets make for certain we destroy a customer base I have moved to SCOUT by Telenav Maps and it is capable of so much more and actually reroutes in realtime on all road conditions that block or slows travel     Once was great Years later years behind

its an ok app now that the iPhone have tremendously taken our suggestions aside from routing me in the opposite direction adding and extra 510 mins on my route Need to have an accessible menu to report wrongupdate namelocation new address location visible for dummies to put it bluntly I typed in a restaurant and those restaurants Honolulu Hawaii no longer exists could have moved but I used Navigons search POI I would have given this app a 4 star had it not been for the new iPhone maps FREE 60 app should not be this bad Please fix it I guess Im stuck w this app since it was paid for I utilize this NAV for business so it helps to have an accurate working app Ill keep checking I wont give up just yet Thanks for your hard work for the most part this app has done me more good than bad           its ok had app for years now iPhone maps is better

Theres a lot of complaining about this app but frankly I find it excellent I do rely on voice over because I am blind and this app delivers fully for me Thank you for making it so accessible Yes I did purchase the fresh map updates but that was a small price once and now Im very happy                 The best GPS I find for blind users relying on voice over

Until now I have been a very satisfied Navignon user No more Its very unreliable in the USA now Dont buy Says north when its south and south when it should say North Directions simply have lost all credibility Again do not by What used to a reliable app is now a garbage app     Navignon has really wrecked what used to be a very reliable and easy to use app

If you need to know where you are going even when cell service goes to crap and dont want to store gigs of maps that you dont need this is your app This app allows you to pick which states you care about and download those maps Then you can route and get sensible guidance even in the backwoods of Wyoming Even if your plans change Even if you have to restart the app or even the whole device Very reliable              Great online maps

Love the look and interface of the latest update as of 18Jul2015 It has a nice auto daynight mode Only thing missing in the update is the settings for the Apple Watch in the new app              Still my favorite

App looks terrible on iPhone 6 Plus Navigon use to be my preferred navigation app however as Apple and Google continue to improve and invest in their Maps Navigon slips into irrelevance        Needs Major Refresh

Used to be a great app Now the maps Texas is old and not updated to 2015 To pay money for not updated maps is ridiculous Hope it will be fixed     Not good

I am not one given to writing bad reviews but this is so bad I cant stand it I have owned this app for over 4 years Ever since I started using they will not update their maps they expect you to pay to get newer maps So absurd I stopped using until recent hoping their base maps will at least be updated unfortunately no So please dont wast your money Just use google maps and you will be ok I regret ever purchasing this app     Old maps YOU MUST PAY FOR MAPS

Great App but todays update is very buggy and glitchy If you had a direct means to contact you I would put 5 stars The bottom right mileage ticker in routes works just sometimes now There are huge squares all over the screen while being routed           New version buggy and glitchy

Great navigation app The upcoming direction and time boxes at bottom of screeen need bigger font readouts The numeral size is way to small which causes driver to have to take eyes off the road to focus on the small print readouts              Solid app

While I have just upgraded and havent had a chance to check out the map refresh which accompanied the application update I expect the apps excellent functionality to remain but the new UI tweakssolid light gray background and iconslook absolutely horrendous                 December 11 app update

For expensive and what used to be reliable app Im disappointed Tom Tom Google and IOS Maps are far more accurate and you want me to pay 40 for updated maps that Im willing to bet still wont have the roads that have been around for about three years now The above mentioned apps added the roads that are now three years old without extra cost     Poor App iOS native maps more accurate

I bought the app last month for my us trip I think this offers much better directions than the free apps Also if you dont have a data plan this is the best for you                 Far better than google map

With the latest update my favorites disappeared and worse I cant save new ones This is a serious flaw and the supposed fix on Navigons website doesnt work     Used to be a great app

It just doesnt work Even with the paid extra traffic live add on it will happily route you into a huge traffic jam The time in transit quoted is always the same regardless of the time of day or the current traffic conditions whether traffic is dead stopped or flowing 75 MPH I am convinced the traffic live add on has no bearing on the route suggested Dumb     Plain doesnt work

After I updated this app favorite freezes up everything it just shows Loading favorites and doesnt proceed anymore     Favorites freeze again

Warning Warning Warning do not buy this GPS Its the worst one on market more then half the time never give the right direction never take me to another direction when there is traffic its sucked so bad I payed 200 to have this app plus the Option come with for nothing do not waste your money I repeat do not waste your money you will regret it you been warned     The worst GPS I ever seen

I used many navigation systems and Garmins Navigon is just OK In comparison Garmins Viago system was outstanding but Garmin stopped its development activities after the company purchased Navigon Viago was better in every respect I hope Garmin improves Navigon by making it more Viagolike Until then Ill rely on incar as well as other mobile navigation systems        Just OKBring back Viago

I have been using Waze for years now and have been very happy with the experience The data usage is very low so low it doesnt put a dent in my metered data probably 200KB or less each 20 min trip It updates traffic in realtime and allows you to warn other users of traffic trouble on the road etc also in realtime At first I thought that was kind of strange but when I started using it and reaping the benefits of others providing live info I realized I could never go back Best yet if I find a problem with the map I can go home get on my computer and update the map database MYSELF and can expect the maps to update for everyone within about a week or less in most cases        Moved to Waze after Garmin buyout

This App is very good i have been using it for more than a year now and in my case I added traffic In general it works really well gives accurate instructions and easy to follow graphical instructions that warn of upcoming changes So I recommend it The latest version seems stuck in map manager mode and does not seem to download the maps fast enough although I have fast wifi at home I have not been able to use it since I downloaded it a few days ago There are a few things that could be improved 1the App interface to enter directions is engineerlike very logical and serial starting with state city etc This can be long and cumbersome I would suggest to either have a Google maps like interface where one can enter the name of the business or street address and it goes right to directions It would be useful if the app does not ask for state unless required by the customer assuming the state and city of current position are a given It would be useful if the App had a stop nab or exit nab button right on the navigation screen This App has a way of staying alive and consuming lots of battery life if one forgets to shut it down              Very good App almost perfect A few snafus

I have been having this problem for past couple of months where although the gps correctly asks me to turn right but instead of i95 south keeps saying i95 north Surprised to see many ppl have the same problem and still navigon does not care to fix this issue Company which does not care for customer complaints does not deserve my money     Keeps saying south instead of north

I have purchased Tom TomMagellan Road mateMotion X Gps DriveNavigonUSA apps Frankly speaking None of the Apps are perfect None of the above apps has melodious voice like Google or Waze has Motion X has the Best Screen easy to use favorites contacts done very nicely Navigon does not have voice option only default female voice which is harsh not as melodious like Google maps Navigon is not perfect for accurate navigationDoes not have ease of interface like Motion X has Navigon maps are ok Extra charges for live traffic and live camera every 12 years is not worth it Navigon is Two Star for me        NAVIGON IS NOT BEST GPS APP

I thought this was a great app when I first purchased it It had a good interface and was easy to use but it lacks one very important feature It tells you about upcoming traffic problems but doesnt route you around them Even if a road is completely closed ahead it sticks to the original route and says There is no recommend alternative route Give me a break Ive been using Google Maps instead lately Its free takes up almost no space on your device compared to Navigons 28 gig bulk and it keeps up with traffic problems and guides you around them Save your money and dont buy this app Get Google Maps instead     Changed my mind
