I am a well educated in medicine and helping a friend study for the NCLEX PN This exam has some well formed questions but it is out of date some medications asked about have been discontinued and there are many errors There are errors in the answers where the answer they select is just plain wrong based on literature There are errors of basic medical words like they have meiosis when they mean miosis There is a huge difference between the two and their misspelling is correct in the answer to the question They do note a couple interesting side effects that all should know I found many errors I was going to try to copy the questions and inform app makers but there are too many errors for me to waste time I decided to warn other potential users instead because there were no reviews for me to view I gave 2 stars for the form of some of their delegation questions but so much of the actual medicine is just incorrect If you choose to use this app do so with that in mind         So many ERRORS STUMPYMD
