As many have said the rationales are not very detailed Also a couple questions were marked wrong but according to the rationale the wrong answer which I put down was correct So it says Im wrong when Im really right           Unreliable

Sure the app has good and difficult questions that will prepare any student for the NCLEX but the answers are unclear and the explanations are difficult to understand Step it up Kaplan     Bewildered

Ive seen a few typos and some answers marked incorrectly Example 4 is correct but when graded app states 3 is answer even though explanation agrees with 4 as well A teen with a casted right femur states to the nurse It is so itchy under my cast Which response by the nurse is BEST A Get a knitting needle and you use that to get under your cast to scratch the area B Whatever you do dont scratch the area You will just get yourself into more trouble C The itching feeling wont last long Just hang in there you can overcome the feeling D I know it is really hard but do your best not to scratch the area Scratching could open the skin and lead to an infection under the cast Explanation Strategy Response indicates therapeutic communication what is the most therapeutic response 1 scratching an area under a cast could open the skin and leave the skin vulnerable to infection behavior should not be encouraged 2 nontherapeutic response demeaning to the teen 3 inaccurate information itchy feeling may last for the entire time the cast is in place 4 acknowledges the report and give information of the consequences of scratching under a cast           Helpful but needs editing

This app needs to be fixed many of the questions that are indeed correct are marked wrong        Right answers marked wrong

For the above reasons I give this app 1 star This seemed like the perfect and convenient way to study any place and any time but has only caused confusion and worry from the incorrect scoring and incorrect answer choices This needs to be fixed If you paid for the Kaplan review course dont bother with this app They arent additional study questions and repeat some from the qbank online     Answers are wrong and scores calculated incorrectly

I got this app because I wanted to study more Kaplan questions but they are all the same as the free ones online and one question answer was just wrongthe one about the cast yeawrongbut I love the question style              It was iight

So this is the first time I ever take the time out to review an app Cant believe this app is free its good practice Yes its not purf hence why 4 stars just some little typos here and there but these questions are very similar to real boards This app is great for on the go quick practice I ended buying Kaplan Q bank And I passed boards              Must get

I like the questions but as others have said it is very annoying that some are graded wrong when they are actually right and the explanation shows that it is right Very irritating Not sure how Im supposed to know how Im doing if I cant trust that the answers are marked correctly        Annoyed

Found this to be quite helpful with some minor issues in the questions Nonetheless this has been nice for studying on the go              Great questions especially for a free app

Really good questions with a realistic degree of difficulty and the type of questions actually asked on the NCLEX Good rationale A bit rough you cant go back once a q is answered but thats true to NCLEX                 Excellent

Many questions will be marked wrong but when reading the explanations they will actually say its right So they dont match up and will give a lower score than you deserve and confuses you I erased this after about 2 days     Mistakes

Great format I love the tutoring portion however there are a few answers that are blatantly wrong They dont match their explanations and are just plain wrong If that gets fixed and they add more questions I will give it 5              Minor fixes needed

Ive been a nurse now for 18 months I used this app to study for NCLEX two years ago I decided to go back and retest my knowledge just to see what I know I find many of the rationales to be very vague and I am appalled at how many errors are in the explanations ie the app says my answer is wrong when its actually correct Kaplan needs to go back into this app and fix the bugs Otherwise I do remember feeling grateful for this app when I was first out of nursing school However due to so many flaws I would recommend finding a more superior app           This is okay

Watch out and review your incorrect answers The app will mark answers wrong that are clearly correct even in the apps available explanation section This needs to be fixed immediately        App will mark correct answers wrong

I took the board exam last 2011and I reviewed by Kaplanunfortunately I failed and I tried to download this appsmaybe they some changesbut I notice everything is still the same and some of the rationale are not fully detailed     Not satisfied

This is a great app I took the boards this past Feburary and these are the best way to review and get ready fie the nclex I passed my first time and had a lot of select all that apply questions So really practice those Great app Still doing these questions to review even though I am already licensed                 Awesome

The answers to quite a few questions were incorrectly labeled as correct when the rationale explained to the contrary Needs review        Cheap but defective

This is a good app with a nice test setup I really like the way the questions are worded and the answers with rationales The only problem I have with this app is the lack of categories Its always a generalized test and no way to just test on certain categories Other than that not much else to complain about And its free Well worth the price I would say              Good app but still needs work

Answers that are CLEARLY right are marked wrong This creates a bad review and confusion and frustration Dont get this app     Bad answers

One thing I was worried about with this app was that I was going to run out of questions Its a free version but I also used Lippincotts review app and it had tons of questions This app was alright but wasnt my first choice when wanting to do practice questions           Ok if free

When reading rational for some questions I missed I learned that I actually got them correct according to the rational Who knows how many others had mistakes that I didnt catch Cant go into the NCLEX with bogus info Also there are tons of grammar errors     No Good

Better than nothing but lots of typos and unclear rationales I was going to buy the full QBank but this app makes me wonder if it will be worth it           Better than nothing
