This app needs iPhone 5 iPad support and the ability to share a code section via email Good could be great
My chief complaint centers around the fact that there is no native iPad version You have to use the 2X zoom to read anything A flaw is in the table section When trying to find conduit fill the app lists page numbers but there are no hyperlinks and there are no page numbers actually listed on the digital version Maybe I just need to get used to using it but I dont think I will be giving up my book in the van for now Portable but not easy
This is an awesome tool to have on your iPhone for both inspection out in the field and in the office for plan review You can find Code articles faster with this app just doing a few finger taps than you can using the Code Book I really hope the developer makes the NEC 2011 and 2014 when it becomes available This is also a valuable tool for the Electrical Contractor as well Great For Inspections and Plan Review

This is a great way to take the code book into the field Ive always got my iPhone with me and this is probably the best way to view the code on a mobile device Cant wait for the 2011 edition Great way to view the NEC
Its a codebook but good luck finding anything No landscape mode In the table section you cant jump to a specific table you have to scroll all the way down Id rather use a codebook Electrician
