Having used the app I came to realize how bad it truly is when trying to make a booking submitting payment was impossible trying several times with somekind of server error Had to book with same info on webpage Managing booking also impossible server error again upps what a coincidence Finally tried to submit app feedback through the feature from the app menu arrived at a 404 page not found what an embarrassment for this lousy webapp     Essential items not working DarTVada

Lovey stays at NH Hotels but app is not at the same hotel standard This app does not provide the same account information as the website Past reservations can t be removed from my reservation list future reservation aren t listed website has same problem and rewards activity isn t always accurate this requiring an email to customer care to correct the issue     Poor app and lack of accuracy cwallen13
