I cant login after new upgrade How am I supposed to show my ticket Do you not QA your app before a new release     Awful upgrade

Till the recent update Spent an hour before I had to board my train attempting to activate my monthly pass for my morning commute Restarted my phone uninstall reinstalled the app then finally after a little prayer it activated However on my afternoon commute Im still having issues The conductor literally sat down next to me and had a five minute conversation with me about or weekend before it activated I may have to get a paper ticket from now on     Was a great app
Got on my morning train and I cannot login or create a new account What a mess You idiots have not only made the commute harder for every passenger but every conductor as well Its impossible to believe you QAd this app within reason And as an NJ resident and taxpayer I would love to see the results of your QA and procedure posted publicly Its stupidity like this that tarnishes the reputation of the mobile payment industry Thanks for making my day harder you jerks Epic failure     Update is an epic failure

I just found this app downloaded it and gave it a try Three obvious problems 1 It crashes a lot Every 10 entries or so Completely unacceptable stability 2 I cant save my favorite routes Whats up with that Isnt that kind of the whole point to be able to check the schedule for your normal commute 3 Searching for stations is poor Try to find NY Penn Station Please fix this app     Crashes and cant save favourite routes
Every time I try to log into my account to either buy a ticket or view my tickets it crashes I also think that on the train schedule there should be an option to reverse the two stations instead of having to go back and switch them manually Nice update none the less           Crashes
I downloaded this app about a month ago and was really enjoying the convenience of not needing to find my printed bus pass But now with the new update I am completely unable to log into my account to view my paid for bus tickets So annoying that I have to pay additional to ride the bus wish I could give no stars     Was good until the last update

Hopped on my train in NY Penn only to find the app updated during the workday Hard enough to get a wireless signal there but then the app wouldnt log in even when I had one Just kept saying data error all the way to SEC before I finally got in after closing and restarting app numerous times All the while getting the scorn of the guy trying to take my ticket Hopefully it works better from here but this upgrade alone earns you 1 star     Annoyed with Upgrade
Like the Train Service they provide it works periodically But most of the time its generally an unpleasant delayed experience App although new appears remarkably outdated and info not always accurate App crashes No way to create favorites for stations     NJT another failure

I appreciate that the app now includes a reasonably accurate bus tracker But when I attempt to save a favorite stop the app forgets it as soon as I close and reopen it I am a freelancer and take several different bus lines to various workplaces and studios it would be convenient to actually be able to click the stops I frequently use but instead I have to select the route direction and stop every time        App cant remember my favorites
I just love this app it is so convenient to buy your ticket on the go And with the latest updates you can plan your trip check the departure vision of any station and even get the eta for the station you are heading to Can only recommend it                 Very useful
I like the idea I really do but this app is total garbage Ive been locked out of the app multiple times and the customer service telephone number that the NJ Transit Twitter account provides is a waste of time If you enjoy throwing away money please by all means use this app I would rather once a month wait on line at PATB a monthly pass then ever use this app again GARBAGE     Garbage
There was no reason for the most recent update It takes forever for the app to open and when it does sometimes it wont load my active ticket The worst part is if there isnt perfect service it wont load At least before it opened no matter what This needs to be fixed considering someone of us spend 400 on monthly tickets and conductors dont care if it doesnt work     Useless Update

When I go to My Tix and try to sign in I receive the following error message Invalid Response Please retry if the problem persists uninstall and reinstall the app I tried uninstalling the app but it crashes my iPhone and when the SpringBoard reloaded the app remained on the phone but its icon was in a different location Im a little scared to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app as my heart was in my throat after the crashI was envisioning a scenario where I wouldnt be able to access my Sept monthly pass tomorrow morning or the rest of the month I am thankful my Sept pass continues to autoload when I open the app However if I cant sign into My Tix Ill have to start buying my pass at a machine again for October so I hope there is an update before then     Invalid Response
The update was fine for me In fact departure vision is great and nice to finally see some bus GPS action Obviously it is time to add bus tickets other than monthly and dump those horrific ticket vending machines from like 25 years ago Also departure vision is missing Secaucus Junction lower level only one entry for Secaucus for the NYCHobokensouth bound upper levelthe website version is correct and has upper and lower Keep up the great work              Why hate Suggestion
This app was already annoying because I would have to end a call to get it to pull up my monthly ticket but the update is completely useless Ive been fighting with it for over half an hour deleted reinstalled tried changing my password twice and still no luck at accessing a 400 ticket I dont care when the next train is if you wont let me use the ticket I already paid for     Because apparently it could get worse

Because of a garbage app The previous version was flawed but functional At least The newest version just plain stinks Had to re activate my ticket three times during the course of one commute to make sure I could show it to a conductor and each time it took forever Nothing like getting yelled at by a conductor to activate my ticket when you board Sorry sir but I did Twice     Nothing like getting scolded by a conductor

The app works great Need some updates should be compatible with passbook be able to view ticket offline should not sign out on its own brightness should go back to previous setting once you leave the app           App works great
Whenever it was upgraded to a new version I was not able to sign in for a while I only got invalid entry messages and conductors suspicious eyes It happened to me twice on a train in the morning when I had to reset my password multiple times and was able to sign in when I got off the train after frustration     Unstable

Following the upgrade on Sep 910 I can no longer log in even after resetting my password I have a monthly pass in there that I cant access and had to buy a single at the machine this morning just to get to work What on earth is going on     I can no longer log in following the upgrade what the hells going on
