I think that this app can be a good start but it includes some negative thoughts towards the ex and should focus on self love and rebuilding yourself I also think that a 30 day countdown of when NC is over would be great         Help with NC Kari30073007

Im doing a no contact with my heartless ex now and this app is very helpful Everytime i get tempted to text him again i just open this app and just read inspiring messages that they have there It motivates me to continue the no contact rule I need to do it for myself cos in order to be truly happy in life i need to learn how to get rid of those people thats continuously making me sad and thats my ex To the creator of this app please dont ever get tired of uploading new inspirational messages We need it a lot Tnx                     Very helpful nikita808
