It is obvious that these folks don t care about subscribers I have tried to contact them 4 times about my digital subscription not working correctly but I have received no reply I tried thru their tech support and through an e mail address on their web site but no replies My I pad says it cannot connect to the server to download my issues but I have no problem with other mags I am wondering if they went out of business     They don t care Kwk1551

I like the layout of the app and its relatively straightforward but it freezes often especially when you zoom in to read an article It can be frustrating having to quit the app 1 2 times just to finish reading a single article Please fix             Nice Layout but freezes often magikchris
