10 year old son who plays and sneaks YouTube late at night Sound like your kid Norton does not support setting time restrictions on iOS Also doesn t support App restrictions on iOS Web search and website limitations I already have on my router until my son figures out what DNS servers do     Doesn t do the two things I need epic penguin xx

Just went through the process of downloading the Norton Family parental control and when I got to the end I realized it somehow turns off Safari because it doesn t support monitoring of Safari Still not sure how to get safari back Also this app does not allow you to monitor your kids usage only to put blocks on what the kids can do when using this device     Beware deletes Safari FR99999999

I expected better There should be a phone app to shut down and monitor Or at least shut down Also I m getting security through comcast but Norton family isn t through comcast Therefore they don t know how to support when there are problems Get your act together on that please Or stop advertising through comcast             No parent phone app xandershoe

Downloaded and set the app up on my kids phone was easy Unfortunately right now the app is only available for kids phone and not for parents phone So if you want to lock your kids phone down or view their internet usage you have log into the website instead of opening an app and lock it down that way Will update rating to 5 if a parent app is developed             Need app for parents phone Lucky169

Installed on a child s iPhone and it is working well so far I can see the websites word searches that have been tried and blocked Wishlist that the links were active hyperlinks I had to cut paste those into a browser to check Not sure how to set up text message monitoring This along with the iPhone restrictions seems to be effective Now how about an app for the parental side of things so you don t have to access a browser to monitor activity                 IOS Use AnneDeC
