Norton Identity Safe

This wonderful app is now useless since the last update Immediately crashes as soon as I log on Very disappointing and frustrating     Useless Now

I appreciate the features in this app and how it keeps managing all the traffic so much easier              App1

Havent experienced the problems others have had The ability to take a photo of debit and credit cards to scan in the information would be useful                 Works great

This app is worthless I saved there all my sensible information but then when I tried to open the notes where I put the info it crashes After hours waiting I finally got someone from Norton Support to help He said I must reinstall the app which I did but the problem stills there Ill better dont trust in Norton anymore     App crashes on iPhone 5C

I want this app to work but it keeps losing my pin           I want it to work

Have used for few years Suddenly Pin not available and says my password is wrong It is not Have tried on multiple devices and no like Years ago my hate for Norton contributed to moving to Apple Why did I not continue following my own advice     Flunking

Best app I have ever used in iOS mode and with Windows based machines Due to multiplying websites that require passwords mostly financial and personal identifying sites it is imperative to maintain different passwords for each one As a victim of hackers into Target Home Depot the State of South Carolina Department of Revenue IRS tax database the University of South Carolina student DB and now the federal governments Office of Personnel Management I am keenly aware of passwords that are not redundant and contain characters mixed with other numbers and letters Thank you Norton for a great app that has saved me time and effort and hopefully security with my personal life                 Norton IDSafe

This app is very convenient for being on the go without your laptop Works great never crashes or freezes                 Cool

Be ready to have a hand written list of all passwords as a backup The app will work on your Phone then for some reason you wont be able to log in on your Computer Good luck trying to change your password for your account too     When it works its great

This app is great for password and credit card storage It syncs seamlessly with the computer version Its really helpful to have one place that will store payment and password information that is not specific to a single device I also love that on an iPhone it will let you sign in with touch ID Its a great useful app                 Awesome for password credit cards

Handy useful app that stores user IDs passwords required for login to secured websites A component utility that was included in Norton 360 Premier Logins to the secured websites must be made through the Norton app interface The desktop version however is more functional In the desktop version the Id password are automatically entered to the website by the utility              Norton Identity Vault

I use this across multiple devices and it is sooo easy especially with fingerprint open capability Within the app it logs into web sites and populates information that you have saved                 Great App

Ive been a Norton subscriber for over 10 years and love it                 Easy to use

Really good works online from any device and offline too very important But you still need to keep in your head 3 different passwords the open vault password the 4 digit pin and the Norton password              Very good but to many passwords to remember

The browser on this app is the worst The login feature does not work with most sites What it is good for is syncing passwords that I us on my Norton products at home Big props for that but the unusable browser is very frustrating How about adding a alphabet on side for logins for quicker access Please fix this app     Terrible app

When it works its excellent Unfortunately it frequently is unavailable In recent versions they added the ability to login with a PIN or using Touch ID both of which are even less reliable So tired of needing one of my passwords and getting the message that PIN or fingerprint are not available and I need to login with my 16 character password              Great when it works

After a Windows 10 upgrade lost all important notes and passwords support was ZERO help Be careful and backup regularly with an Export     Lost Passwords and Notes

Use identity safe on my PC and love it This app is all over the board sometimes it lets me setup a new login for a new site and sometimes it doesnt Then an hour later the site has 2 logins then I delete one Then I go back the next day and both logins are there Also it keeps losing my pin and I have to set a new one This happens both on my iPhone5 and my iPad I am ready to stop using this app till they get their act together I hope they do because I love identity safe on my PC     Disappointed

Great app until it stops using your PIN number and asks for your Vault password thats a different one than your account password There is NO recovery from not knowing it I can access my account worthless but not all my vital data They CANNOT reset your vault password So you better write that one down contrary to normal security logic In a society where we need different passwords for everything a vault is required but it is unforgiving if you forget the password to your passwords        NO Reset feature

The latest version is very good It uses the same IDs and passwords for both Windows and IOS Especially like the option to not remember the logon if I dont want to                 Very good app

Awse app but it is not compatible with iPhone 6 plus Please make it compatible and I will reconsider this review        Optimization needed

I have it for a bit but not really sure how to get the generated passwords to the sites I need But seems like it works well Need to some research on it Worth a try if your a Nortons fan           Not bad

Really like app and auto sync with desktop software and other devices Latest issue has been repeated disabling of PIN and Touch ID access when I try to enter app forcing me to repeatedly use my longer vault password or separate Norton password and reenable PIN every time Now happening 45 times per week Bug needs to be fixed           Overall very good Some key annoyances

I found this app to be very good but when scrolling on the iPad at addresses it tends to lock up and even crash Also not sure what default built in browser its using to login to sites using the password Cannot find the app for mac using iTunes Store           Very good app

Identity Safe is a muchneeded app to control the plethora of passwords required with todays Internet Also the mobile app will automatically sync with a subscription paid Norton Security on your home computer However it will NOT sync with Xfinitys Norton Security Suite as that program is not Cloud based              Works and is a necessity

I absolutely love this app Its reliable and I love the fact that I can use Touch ID                 Love it

It was fabulous when it was working Now it is useless Like others I came to rely on the PIN to access my vault Immediately after the last update I could no longer access my information The vault opens for half a second and then just disappears My bad The password that I recorded for this app is apparently not correct so Im apparently out of luck Please fix this I really dont want to change all of my passwords     PLEASE FIX THE PIN FUNCTION
