Nozbe for iPad Simply Get It Done Now with Evernote integration Includes full CLOUD SYNC support. Celebrating the release of Nozbe for iPhone with Evernote support, we`re giving away some codes on twitter ...
However it would be great if it were more colorful Im a very visual person and colors help me work with tasks more easily Aside from the fact that it would be much more esthetically pleasing              Liking it a lot
Great application for integrated planning of multiple projects and focus areas Ability to convert an action to a project is a nice feature Good integration with the web app                 Powerful and flexible
I use Nozbe firstly because of its Wep app implementation Mac OS not being my main platform Im on Ubuntu I cant really use OmniFocus which would be my first choice and Nozbe has WebiPhoneiPad apps which are all well done and sync automatically Plus its integration with Dropbox and Evernote make it a superior platform to Omnifocus Combined with email and Twitter integration means there is never any excuse to not get a task captured which a core concept to GTD My one complaint comes from working with Omnifocus Omnifocus allows Perspectives which allow custom ways to view tasks and notes Right now it seems that Nozbes focus is more on new clients native Mac and PC rather than increasing the quality of the core engine Which doesnt bode well necessarily for a better Web client soon Overall though having tried every GTDish app under the sun Nozbe still tops them in sheer pragmatism Ive switched more than once just to switch back And in my mind there is no other serious contender to OmniFocus and if you aret on a Mac Omnifocus is not a real choice So despite my intermittent frustrations with them there is no doubt in my mind that Nozbe is the best product out there One last nit If you rely on voice recognition software for anything the word Nozbe has to be the most difficult to teach it to recognize Ive given up and have just renamed it Taskapp everywhere                 Great app packed with features perhaps a bit of overreach
I have tried many todo apps So far this is the best in design and syncing between devices I would give it 5 stars but I do not like how it handles reminders First reminders seem to only occur on the device you entered the item on Second there is no way to control when the reminder appears Nozbe decides to pop up an hour before your set time This should be adjustable from the time you enter to whatever prewarning time you need Other than those two minor items a great app and better than any others I have found              Almost perfect
This app does require a subscription to fully take advantage of syncing between ipad and phone and computer but is worth every penny One feature request that I do have is an always on setting I leave this application open on my desk all day and an always on feature would be great I know the ipad has this as a native setting but should be able to enable inside of the application                 Worth the subscription
I have used a few and this is the best                 Excelent Time management Git er done App
The app looks wonderful and I wish I could figure it out The help page isnt clear Please update with better instructions        Needs work
Ive been using Nozbe to keep track of tasks for work and home for over a year I use the website iPad and iPhone versions The app for iPad is my favorite Great layout and design                 Really Great
Ive used all of the mainstream todo or project management apps on my iOS devices Mac and PC Spent more money than I want to tally This is a great app It synchronizes really well it gives you a consistent experience across platforms and is easy to learn Im not into the whole GTD so I dont know how it fits there but I use it for all of my personal and outside of work projects The integration with Evernote is awesome Evernote is my brain Which is a different topic I sometimes find things that it would be cool if it did x or maybe this But then I realize that takes away from its focus Im a hardcore MS Project user and I love it for enterprise type work but personal life is rarely that rigorous Having predecessor or successor tasks would just muck it up Instead I just arrange them in the order of completion Yes Im a little gungho Im a professional project manager This app rules Its simple cost effective and efficient                 Fantastic Product
Best App Purchase I have made in 2011 by far If you are a GTD practitioner or even thinking about it youll want Nozbe Use it free across platforms Youll buy the subscription within 2 4 week tops It is soooo worth it I started using Nozbe because I started using my iPad for note taking in meetings at work Having been a GTD fan I darted looking for a GTD app for iPad and found Nozbe I am now a subscriber because it works so well between the iPad and Web versions I come to depend upon it especially if since I also have reference materials in EverNote etc I make heavy use of lots of context tags and projects both of which have a limited number in the free version Anyway do yourself a favor and try it Its awesome                 GTD Heaven
This app is great It allows me to have all my projects tasks and key project support materials in one place and available to me everywhere I look forward to future updates              Excellent
This is the list that I work from And it is present on my iPad iPhone and laptop                 I use it all day every day
Nozbe is a great platform for getting things done The ipad app is better than the desktop version in some ways THe best thing about Nozbe is that it works on different platforms So i can use it on my ipad pc and my blackberry My suggestions for improvement would be to have the option of automatically arranging your projects alphabetically and also to have a search bar similar to the desktop version so that you do not have to scroll too much when looking for a project                 Nozbe is Great
I have been a Nozbe user for 4 years and I find it to be the best product for helping me implement GTD The app integrates with Evernote and Dropbox which is very helpful Comment fields tags contexts are all intuitive The iPhone and iPad apps are a great complement to the web app so I always have access to my actions and projects wherever I go New updates and innovations are rolling out regularly I find the subscription price well worth it compared to what you get Other GTD apps are less expensive and I have tried many of them Ultimately I always go back to Nozbe If you are looking for a great cloudbased fullfunction GTD productivity app Nozbe is for you                 Great app perfect for GTD with excellent integration
Ive used Nozbe from its inception on the PCMac because it is the best attempt at cloud based GTD IMO Things I like about this iPad version strict adherence to David Allens process syncs well with all my other devices running Nozbe critical to me because I run all sorts of devices on all sorts of platforms well designed with simple navigation Things I dont like about this iPad version I wish you could drag drop items between projects contexts etc really more of a complaint about Nozbe in general the label concept serves no purpose for me labeling an entire project doesnt help me organize items again more about Nozbe as a whole I wish the calendar was more calendarlike I just see a list of days as another list and that method of setting reminders and ticklers isnt great and direct support for MobileMeiCloud is a glaring ommision a lot of us dont like having to piggyback on an unused Google calendar just to get events to sync properly Overall I think Nozbe for the iPad is one of the best apps for GTD fans especially if you use the web version and if you follow the process to the letter However the app doesnt allow for any real variance from GTD rules if you will Thats not necessarily a bad thing but again I would love to see better calendar integration that moves away from the over GTDlike list of dates As a last note to the developers who have been very intent on doing GTD right thanks Michael it would be a win to tap into the iOS 5 reminder system somehow Cheers Ben                 A great work in progress
Nozbe is a perfect fit for standard use of GTD Integration with other apps like Evernote just make things even easier I spend less time playing with the software and more time on GTD                 This app is awesome
Ive tried a BUNCH of GTD tools and apps and Nozbe is the one Ive stuck with Web iPhone iPad all synced all easy to use Integration with other tools Wellthoughyout user interface Nozbe is worth the money                 Excellent GTD tool
Finally Ive found a way to manage tasks that is project oriented Yet its not so overblown and complex as project management apps Its developers recognize that many of us have staightforward but not byzantine projects around which we build our day everything from home remodeling to company initiatives We want a quick and simple way to view and update these projects continually This is the perfect tool for that After trying out dozens of taskmanagement apps over the years some with too much and others with too little Ive finally found a great solution Thank you              Very satisfied
After shelling out nearly 100 for the Nozbe web service I was a bit surprised by the 1499 price tag for the iPad app Its a great app dont get me wrong but it just seems like there should be a break for loyal existing customers Ive tried just about every GTD app that is available in the App Store and Nozbe is the one that really embraces the method and works very well It takes a little bit of time to get used to it and to get the full benefit of the app but its great One thing I would like to see is nestled tasks subtasks that could be wrapped up under a collapsible main task like in Toodledo And I would like to see a more intuitive way to print out the task lists from the web or app Overall Mike and his team have done a great job              Overall my favorite productivity app but not cheap
I absolutely love this APP It has helped me turn my IPad into a useful work tool It has helped me implement GTD to Get Things Done                 BEST EVER
Nozbe for iPad isnt as good as Nozbe for the web Not even close Labels you select dont show up on GUI so organizing project types is crippled especially if u have a lot project types with similar names no ability to complete a whole project Too expensive to buy until this app at least matches functions of web app     Not equal to no be for web yet
Very helpful app I love the contexts                 Useful App
I started using this app well before reading Getting Things Done and found it really useful Ive alway been a list maker and up until I started using Nozbe my org tool for many years had been a Moleskin notebook purchased annually When I got busy and found myself with several different computer devices including iPhone iPad MacBookPro it seemed like a good idea to try a system like this It worked well Then I read Getting Things Done and this app really changed for me At first after reading the book I had to spend some time reentering and reorganizing so as to implement the steps practices outlined in GTD And now I wonder how I got by without It This app along with much loved Evernote are the perfect companions to the GTD philosophies If you want that app where you can take all that stuff in your head about things you need to do want to do or hope to do someday and then use as an effective tool to help you organize all the actions required to complete those things then this is it Clear your head and then count on this tool to keep you in the game thanks Nozbe                 Great for GTD
So program is good and I like the interface but they bury the syncing fee they want you to pay above and beyond the fee for downloading this app Think 100 a year is a bit pricey for a sole user license           Bit deceptive
Nozbes web apps are ok but this is much more pleasing to work in Functionally the same Looking forward to continued development and refinement              Very a Solid Alternative to Nozbe Webapps
As a user of David Allens GTD system in my law practice I have used other sophisticated todo apps on my computer iphone and iPad When I started saving my research web pages PDFs and Livescribe notes into the Evernote system I wanted a todo list that synced seamlessly Nozbe is the only one Fortunately it is great The way I use Nozbe is this I have a project name for each client and I have crossreferenced categories for various law chores Each new task eventually gets a project and one or more categories assigned to it When a task becomes the next action for a project it gets a star Nozbe seems quicker than some others Ive tried but so far all of that can be accomplished with other programs Now in Nozbe within the starred list regardless of project I drag all the absolute top priorities to the top of the list Then I start working the list for that day never looking back Takes no more than 510 minutes each morning or after court My staff people think I have the best memory on the planet What initially sold me on Nozbe is that by putting my Nozbe project name in the tag line of selected Evernote files those files eg research on a recalcitrant witness are linked directly to my Nozbe project until I remove the tag This is a great timesaver Nozbe syncs well on all my platforms My ability to do more work simply by sticking to my easily updated todo list from wherever I am has definitely increased my profits my partners love that too For some reason the Nozbe interface is faster to use perhaps more userfriendly in a visual way than Toodledo which was my previous favorite todo organizer app Nozbe sorts by drag and drop and holds as many law and nonlaw projects as I want Initially skeptical because it eliminates the 123 ranking common with other programs I tried Nozbe for free but after accumulating a few hundred entries all perfectly organized and quickly manageable I have found my new todo app regardless of its connection to Evernote                 Syncs perfectly w Evernote
I have used the older version for a long time and was extremely pleased with the appearance of the UI It definitely was better than the desk top version The colors are so muted it is difficult to read There is so little contrast Unless I am able to get the last version back I will move on           What were you thinking
Nozbe is a great system for GTD And the iPad and iPhone apps are generally nice clients attractive and well laid out But there is some apparent missing functionality and NO help available to figure out if the feature is missing or just pilot error No inapp help and Support does not respond to inquiries For 15 on iPad and 5 on iPhone it seems reasonable to expect a little responsiveness BTW support from Nozbe itself on the web version and Windows client has been outstanding quick response helpful respectful of the customer The developers of this iPad app should take a lesson from them           Nice IPad App No support
Pricey but very helpful in keeping productive              Great app
Love the sync and the general way the app keeps things all together Its consistently improved as well              Use it all the time
Incredible app Web Evernote Dropbox email integration Everything works flawlessly Wish I would have tried this one sooner instead of paying the money for some of those other apps OmniFocus is a bit cleaner and more powerful if you just consider the iPad version as a stand alone But as an integrated solution there is absolutely no competition Nozbe wins hands down                 Finally The search is over
Screen not refreshing on either iPhone and iPad Can you please update        iOS 7 update
Purchased the app for 15 and it crashed twice while trying to create a Nozbe account Managed to create the account but was kicked back to the home screen with no indication of whether the account had been set up correctly If you cant get the basic stuff working I have no confidence in this app down the line Nozbe was also very basic I saw no interface for delegating tasks or inviting team members Overall a waste of money     Garbage
Ive used all of the other apps in this category and settled on Nozbe An enthusiastic developer is an important part of any app of this type and Michael is the real deal Lots of features including groupteam collaboration Evernote integration Dropbox integration cloud sync and many platforms to run on No app is perfect because we all are different in our approaches but if you will fully learn and utilize Nozbe you will be successfully organized and Michael will be simultaneously blazing a trail of new and useful features as a reflection of the user base and Michaels quest to improve the app by seeking the input of other gurus in the field Tap into Michaels world Nozbe Productive Magazine etcand you cant go wrong                 Feature rich GTD app with active developmentrefinement
Somewhat pricey but if you want to run a fairly complete gtd system I think this is it                 Very nice app
I used OmniFocus for several months but quickly grew tired of how I could not easily attach notes and documents from my PC to my tasks I emailed Omni Group to ask when they would provide support for PC users Theyre response was that they only developed Omni applications on the Mac and iOS platforms because they believed they were the best platforms and had no plans for PC support Many of us have to use PCs as part of our jobs and their platform elitism drove me away If you have notes in Evernote you can get to them from Nozbe If you have documents in DropBox you can get to them from Nozbe Its more expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY If you are serious about using an iPad GTD app in your work life this is the only choice Plus after using it for several weeks I can honestly say that it blows OmniFocus away Dont waste your money on cheaper apps This is the one                 Only True GTD App for PC Users
Excellent GTD product that full integrates with Evernote and Dropbox One major problem for me is that there are no folders for projects just labels I need both Please include this feature in your next release I would really like to see a better review feature I have too many projects to review every project every week                 The best and Ive tried them all
Ive been using Nozbe for quite a while now but only had my iPad a few months I got the iPad app almost immediately and have been very pleased with it Im not a fan of the PC desktop app continuing to use webbased so I didnt expect to like this version What a pleasant surpriseto have been very wrong If youre a GTDer Nozbe is purely GTD and improving You should try it If youre a Nozbe user with an iPad you MUST have this app Only wish keeping me from full 5stars Text styles bold italic from the desktop are not displayed as such here or on the mobile for smartphones version Keep improving Michael team              Good user interface
Have loved loved loved this app UNTIL I updated to ios7 now things are scrambled every time I open the app that I otherwise live my life by As soon as the ios7 compatible update is madeI would gladly change my review to 5 stars                 Need iOS7 Update DESPERATELY
So helpful Really has changed the way I work it has increased my productivity and helped me to clear my head and have a more relaxed mindset And if you havent read Getting Things Done by David Allen make sure you get that and read it as it explains the system this app is built upon Great job on this app It really is amazing                 Amazing
Having developed a FIleMaker Pro documentation solution I had utilized for over ten years I had searched many applications trying to find an integrated solution that would offer what I was accustomed to in my custom database solution Nozbe is that application As an educational administrator I have many responsibilities and projects to track WIth Nozbe I am able to efficiently track document and access my work across all environments via my iPAD iPhone and computer The solution works beautifully and there are no applications out there that come to the ease of use and comprehensiveness offered by Nozbe                 Perfect GTD Solution
Got it for my team at work Pricing is making me have people share accounts It does what I wanted but perhaps a little too much Really would like a Gantt chart view At our weekly meetings we go through all current projects for status updates              Gets the job done
I love Nozbe but I prefer using a browser to use it The app costs 15 bucks and it loses functionality and the sync function doesnt work well I expect that if I move from my desktop to mobile everything should be updated and ready to keep working Not the case must force sync Once I looked at the next action list could not remember if I did something or not started doing it again the I thought to force the sync and lo and behold task had previously been completed Why pay 15 bucks for that Is it too late to ask for a refund           Why so much
and I have tried them all              Best task and todo list application I have found
This app while relatively expensive is worth every penny It enables the user to easily interface between a desktop or laptop and the ipad through use of the cloud This is of enormous value so that you can make notes one place and then bring them up on the other device It enables you to attach evernotes or drop box notes or images which is also a great boost to productivity I am a fan of Getting Things Done and find that this app supports that process but is not limited to folks using that approach to tasktime management The developer is incredibly motivated to keep improving the product I was extremely impressed when he worked with Japanese folks after the earthquake to provide service to them in a way that demonstrated his ethics and values He posts homemade videos that enable the user to understand how to use features of the program which I find necessary and immediately helpful I would highly advise you to buy this app if you are looking for each of these kinds of features which you simply cannot get from the free or 10 apps for time management                 Exceptional
I really like having my todos organized by context project and project group but I have using browser and iPad app versions and my effort to group projects by label keeps disappearing I click on label button choose a label and the projects I labeled and verified were grouped a few hours ago are not there Whats with that           Promising but
I have been a Nozbe user on the Web for several years now and have experienced the growth both of the capabilities of the system and of the organization headed by Michael Sliwinski to improve and refocus the system to the mobile era with multiple platforms that have to be integrated They now have not only the Web version still the strongest and most flexible but also a desktop version for Mac and for Windows along with iOS versions for the iPhone and the iPad They work seamlessly and I have yet to find any difficulties in keeping the different data bases for Nozbe synchronized across platforms There is of course room for improvement I have made suggestions over the years both directly and through their forums and they have always taken my suggestions seriously and thoughtfully In iOS I would like to see a more graphic fingeroriented design that takes full advantage of the capabilities of iOS though the current version works quite well On the WEB version I would like to see a stronger filtering system with multiple filters allowing me to hone in on the tasks I need to address more urgently Additionally I would like to see more integration with other productivity applications to allow me to integrate the task information maintained by Nozbe under GTD with other systems For example I use Pocket Informant PI on iOS and I would love to have PI sync with Nozbe to pick up the tasks programmed by date and list them in PI Currently PI syncs with Toodledo and does an excellent job with that but if I want to integrate my task information from Nozbe with PI I have to duplicate the project and task information from Nozbe on Toodledo This is clearly not a practical or effective solution to get my Nozbe information to PI I hasten to add that while Toodledo has much to offer it does not match up to Nozbe and a fullintegrated platform for running GTD In summary I highly recommend Nozbe both for the capabilities of its system on its different platforms as well as the dedication and ambition of the Nozbe organization to maintain and improve the best GTD productivity application available                 Nozbe is the best integrated GTD out there
This is the best time management and organization app I have seen yet                 Awesome
Absolutely love this Have way too many projects and this helps me keep it all in order                 Great or the multitasker
This is the most effective gtd app that Ive tried and Ive tried most Its flexible allowing you to work across Mac pc iPhone and iPad platforms They are constantly innovating and improving the software and communicate the updates to you It has an elegant interface The only drawback for me is the monthly price but to be able organize everything related to my projects dropbox files evernote items notes and coordinate the project with teams makes it worthwhile                 Very effective
