I dont know why nobody thought of truecar for apartments and homes until now but its bloody genius Finally I can stop trying to hunt for apartments on inadequate websites and use an app that puts me the renter in control This app is a breath of fresh air                 Genius

Who does this appeal to Anyone who has tried looking for a new residence and found that it is frustrating and consumes all of your free time Aint nobody got time for that In the past youve had to rely on one agency that may or may not have what youre looking for and youve had to settle Now you upload your own specifics and the agencies then compete to fulfill your requirements You have more time you have more potential homes and you get closer to what you really want Its an app thats all about you the customer                 Revolutionizing Home Hunting

I like being able to have the market search for me rather than me search the market That is what NuPad is easy and different                 Changing apartment hunting for good

First off I dont know how this app is pulling listings because it never even asked for my location Secondly the listings arent anywhere near me The first one was in LA which is 2 hours away from me Im looking for local listings but theres no filter button The app has 4 buttons The X takes you back to the splash screen page with just the logo on a red background The refresh button I assume refreshes but since it didnt show me anything new I dont know if it actually works or just tries to The arrow flips the page to this tiny text that tells you what the app does and has some contact info and the writing icon lets you make a listing which is probably the most useful feature of the whole app if only the functionality for the people you were trying to reach was there Furthermore the other reviews are clearly fake Just look at the names And all five stars Bull Long story short this app is useless     Sketchiest app ever
