Alliance for the Arts , brings NYC ARTS with a number of new features along with the usual bug fixes. NYC ARTS app has been update to version 2.0.1 with several major changes and improvements. App release that improves performance, provides several new options.

If you are iPhone and iPad owner,you now can download NYC ARTS for free from Apple Store. The application is supporting different languages: English, German, Northern Sami, Spanish. It weighs in at only 2.7 MB to download. The new NYC ARTS app version 2.0.1 has been updated on 2014-11-25. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Here is the app`s compatibility information: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 5.0 or later.

I always say I want to do more cultural stuff but never seem to have a list of events handy when that feeling comes over me Now with this app its always with me The app has listings that go beyond the big institutions the Met Moma etc to the smaller organizations that are off the beaten path and probably more on the cutting edge of the arts Perfect for those NYC folks who are always looking for new things to do

The events listed are months out of date Obviously no one is updating this data This app should be pulled Doesnt work

NYCARTS is a well organized and presented weekly PBS show telling about current cultural events art dance theater and more Their iOS APP is outdated and just plain sloppy Sad since many more people would use the APP than watch a show USEFUL PBS TV SLOPPY ARTS APP

No Chelsea galleries listed and the ps1 event listed was the 911 show that ended in January Galleries could be better

I think the developers were glued to Downton Abbey while working on this onesomeone please help these folks recreate an app that parallels the quality of NYC Arts it attempts to showcase Otherwise do not download Doubtin Appy

I love watching NYCARTS on Thirteen but this app is useless Hasnt been updated for months Disappointing Useless

Great example of a case where someone thought they should cross the app off their list as done but produced something selling the potential opportuniy show and brand far short Doesnt NYC arts deserve better Basically its pathetic

I liked the layout of the app and it gives great suggestions for events around town However in order to plan my event I have to go separately to a page about the venue and then look up the event time and ticket prices And then but tickets Even the calendar doesnt have times listed There should be these three buttons on every event locationtimebuy ticket Needs event time and link to payment

I admit that I dont go to nearly enough arts and culture events but that will soon change It looks like this app shows a ton of arts and culture events and exhibits in New York City and they let you find them by whats nearby and by some interesting categories discussions anyone I have always thought going to an exhibit or event might be a great date thing to do but I never knew how to really find something fun this will help category suggestion events for a date Just downloaded but it looks great The only thing missing is a way to rate events or see other ratings Seems obvious but hopefully that will come Very cool way to find exhibits and events

I opened the calendar to see whats going on tonight but the first entry is for tomorrow I guess this app is only for people who plan at least a day in advance Seems like an unnecessary and poorly thought out limitation that makes it infinitely less useful Good content Lousy app

I found something to do tonight using this app on the spur of the moment after I met a friend for coffee Id never have known that the museum was open and something so cool on display Thanks for this How cool is this

The PBS is most excellent This app Dont bother It is out of date and very little info is given Seriously hire someone to maintain the events in this app if not why bother putting out an app at all Bad form PBS Horribly out of date

Everything is here wow If you cant find something fab to do by using this app then I dont know what to tell u I luv this
