The game mechanics are terrible I mean the controls are not good very robotic like with choppy movements Graphics are good but the gameplay action is just not good It is very difficult to figure out how to get past obstacles in the game because the game play movement is so bad so I cannot be sure if my idea on how to get past an obstacle is correct or not In the games limbo or alive this is not the case as when a difficult obstacle is approached and clearing it is attempted it is very cut and dry if your attempt at clearing it is the correct strategy or not when it comes down to just a matter of good hand eye coordination You the developer have a lot of improvement to make if you want this game to be better than what it is When you can nail a good game mechanic this can greatly improve replay value also which in turn will be very good on your ratings and make it worth more money I am thoroughly unimpressed with this game     Not good Reinkejohn4

This game was okay It was challenging and fun while it lasted that is The game took me about 35 minutes to complete even with the payed expansion The story would have been good if it had continued on it ended so abruptly Almost as if it was unfinished There is a game called Limbo which I LOVED Looking at this app I figured it would be another version but it wasn t made by the same people It was sort of an attempt to replicate limbo in my opinion Some of the controls were hard to manage and the game glitched out twice On a good note I liked the creativeness I liked how the girl read aloud and how the story started it also gave background knowledge of the character For a free game it was pretty good The expansion was only 99 cents so it was still practically free after that Overall the game was okay when style story and price are all put into consideration             Could be better Sarasue72

Okay so this was a good game a little bit of a copy from what I have heard but a good game until it expects me to pay for an episode I don t think it is worth paying for because the game is short besides that it s great                 Good game but Metro fox

Tell me what you did differently The same character design as limbo the same no music just ambience background noise the puzzles and the ending are ALL the same Nice job on ripping everything off and making it seem as though you worked hard at making this game You added some colors from odd world to make it more lively I downloaded the game just to write this I m not even gonna play from the amount of disappointment I get from seeing a copy and not an original     Inspiration More like copied Mr.Yeps

OddPlanet is a side scrolling adventure game inspired by Limbo and Oddworld Hmm I d like to at least consider this a decent game but I can t get past when developers take too much inspiration from other sources such as these Limbo is gorgeous and Oddworld is fun This game feels and looks too much like a copy The controls are poor too many mid game ads constantly crashes for me and the mechanic is lack luster Though I will give it points for voice acting         Okay PeachyBea

Let me start by saying the design is amazing and the ambiance was beautiful I loved playing this game until it ended I honestly don t mind that it was so short But when you play a game there needs to be satisfaction at the end of it You ended it abruptly and the players didn t achieve any sort of goal For the time and effort you put into all the details and beauty of the game the least you could have done is give the player an end goal or an accomplishment Now I m sitting here like what the heck was the point of that Highly disappointing             What the heck KoraleneFrost

So I would have given the game 4 maybe 5 stars if it were at least longer than 3 episodes She could have came across another friend to extend the story That was my initial thought but then it ends with her just sleeping alone once again Overall I loved the game for its graphics and storyline where it was going anyway as well as the ambience sounds music etc I am a huge fan of Limbo and Inside The dark brutal situations that surround the calculating puzzles is brilliant and bittersweet I look forward to seeing many more games like this that leave me guessing and pondering the open endings as I m always lead to do thanks to the admirable creators             Decent game HNCrnk

I enjoyed and still enjoy this game repeatedly about once a week now or so I am not a frequent gamer most of my other games are puzzles brain games a few arcade and trivia So I found this game unique I actually discovered it while looking for a game called Limbo of which I saw a review on tv quite awhile ago came across this Strange Planet saw that it was similar to what I Limbo was about and looked like on tv When I was completely and utterly stumped I would look up on YouTube how tos There I realized that this game is for people like me who is not a die hard seasoned experienced player Amusing entertaining even poignant at times When I revisited her the first few replays I realized that I actually in an admitted way missed her and it was fun to play again I love this game                     I revisit her often DragonLion864

Great story and narrative Surviving in the game is easier than Limbo though OddPlanet is shorter which is not necessarily a bad thing If you played and enjoyed Limbo then I reccomend OP Game mechanics are good they re still tricky thank goodness for a walk throughs on Youtube                     Stunning game Alienmermaid
