Ola offers an excellent service What should be a great experience is ruined by this app The tracking feature fails to track the taxi so its impossible to tell how far away it is It consistently identifies my location incorrectly so drivers have trouble finding me Then it forces me to rate a driver even if Ive closed the app and it reappears weeks later Functionality bad service good        Tracking maps broken

This is one of the safest and cost effective option to commute in Indian cities Book a cab by touch of your screen                 Very good way to go around in India

They do not live up their discount codes They consider a cancelled booking as a booking also     Bad w a Capital B

Easy to use and plenty of offers GPS is not very accurate at locating where I am and its not the greatest at finding your destination address either Otherwise better than Uber as far as Ive used it so far              Good service

For a service that wishes to beat Uber they surely are doing a very pathetic job Although I like their service and rely on them their medium of delivery truly is abysmal The UI feels so bloated and I can never book a cab that I see is visible They have so many problems in implementing a working app Just look at how polished the Uber app is and then feel disgusted by this app     Lousy and a rubbish app

App is excellent prompt and safe ride I used the Ola service in delhi india and it was so easy to online recharge ride and pay I am happy to use ola cabs and would highly recommend                 Excellent

I have tried this several times but never got it happening I tried booking a cab for later date through the app every time I do that it pops a message saying the slots are full When I call the customer care they say they can not do booking for later dates but suggested me to use the app to book it This is so stupid donno why they have given us such and option to book later cabs when it does not work at all     Stupid options just misleading users

Used Ola successfully for first two times and just when I put some of my own money into the service promotions were over every time I open the app the app says that the server is unreachable and there are no other options All buttons just grayed out This makes the service completely useless I am using iPhone so I dont think its a hardware issue All other websites are just reachable on a solid internet connection so thats also not a problem        Unreliable app unable to reach server most of the times

Never use OLA again I travelled from a city location in Bengaluru to the Bengaluru airport The app showed a amount at the end of the trip and the driver demanded 350 more than the amount shown on the App He started shouting and also wouldnt give my luggage I called airport CISF security person for help The driver kept saying that the App has errors all the time and the actual fare should be Apps shown fare 350 and he wont let my luggage if I didnt pay that amount After at least 15 minutes I paid him extra to get my bag and rushed to airline counter Never use OLA The App is Buggy The drivers are not screened for their background check The companys customer support helpline wasnt helpful     App errors cause horrible customer experience

Overall its a pretty average service But it comes And u go wherever u want whenever u want Itd be gud if u guys clean ur cars a bit Drivers are pretty nice and well mannered AND WE NEED MORE OLA AUTOS              Its ok Atleast I get a taxi

This is one of the most worthless apps Ive ever tried to use The whole process of ordering a taxi is illconceived from start to finish For one the app doesnt even seem to properly transmit my origination point to a driver as the drivers call and ask where I am with no idea where the pin is More infuriatingly you are forced to select a destination You are provided with a dropdown list and a nonfunctional search which is missing the majority of destinations to which one might want to travel If your destination is not in the list sorry you are stopped from proceeding and cant even get the taxi despite the fact that the driver would likely know exactly where to take you with one sentence of communication This is a terrible design flaw With Uber the destination is optional likely because Uber recognizes that sometimes a driver and passenger need to communicate and work it out together The fact that the app doesnt let you type your own destination or even better set a drop point pin is ridiculous Finally even when you fail to connect with the driver the app forces you to rate the experience before it lets you do anything else What am I rating The poor driver who accepted the ride from across town because the app placed the pin incorrectly Or am I rating this terrible app which I will never use again Do yourself a favor and hail a taxi Its faster and easier even if you have to haggle with the driver At least youll get where you need to go     Terrible app useless service

From last 1 week not able to book even a single cab At all times they are unable to take any bookings over the phone They keep insisting to use the app First get some customers and then advertise for ur app Im who once was a very happy customer now is moving away from ever using OLA Cabs     Pathetic service

I used ola a couple of time now and every time I point a location for pickup the driver goes to some other place or they call you 34 times for directions which makes the whole pick up with location useless           Needs location improvement

Ola is the worst amongst all the cab service when it comes to their product and customer service I had booked a cab in Mumbai It went thru sea link and I paid cash at the toll However at the end of the journey they included the toll amount again in my bill Moreover there was a another very basic calculation mistake in the bill They just charged another 20rs extra in the total On contacting the customer service they first refused to agree to either of their mistakes Later they made me wait for 30mins over phone to conform with the driver if I had paid the toll myself They just dont trust their customers Then I had to teach them math and show them their calculation mistake Which they claim that is how their software is and can not do anything abt it Finally agent Agreed to give me credit of the exact amount of the toll and 20 rs that were charged extra However even after 2 weeks I have not received the basic credit They also refused to pass the call on to the supervisor Worst product and service Would never use ola again and not recommend it others too There are many other better and trustworthy options out there     Worst product and customer service

Its very reliable and on time I had this last week and I stuck in traffic jam but still it was quite affordable The drivers that I had were very friendly and helpful I was sick one time and the driver can I use his name was gave me some tips to feel better I highly recommend ola cabs                 Ola Cabs for Great and affordable ride

I applied my sons code and the app says you received a free ride However once the ride was over they charged me The call centre says to again apply some 11 digit code sent on sms to avail free ride Highly painful for a new user Better you stop giving free instead of confusing users Uninstall processed     bluff of free ride

Amazing service slowly and surely taking becoming a basic necessity food clothing shelter and now onDemand transport and competing with the concept of car ownership itself most of drivers seem to be new my experience days and weeks of experience They dont know the streets or the directions or how to escape bad traffic choke points bad UX Always forces me to provide feedback for my last ride Extremely irritating when I am trying to catch a ride in a hurry and I have a slowbad network connection No way to bypass the screen I have been stuck on the screen several times during critical travel time period You cannot aspire to become a basic necessity if you become a blocker of your own service when most needed Truly sucky UX If they dont fix this quick I will switch over to Uber This is the primary reason for low stars     Good Service bad drivers and UX

Very frustrated I have now tried several times over several months and I cannot get past the Enter Verification Code screen Keep getting an error message I have emailed with your tech support and I have talked with your customer support I have deleted and reinstalled the app a few times too This is nuts Clearly you guys do not want my business There is a bug in your app Please fix it     App does not allow registrationsignup
